Love living here! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept. The only thing that would make it better would be having trash valet!

Just whatever, miss our old company. Lots of money but nothing to show for but square footage. Maintenance treats you like you have no common sense...this company wants and wants butvwhen you need..forget about it

The staff is very friendly and the community is very nice especially considering it’s cheaper than most apartments. I’m excited to move in this coming week.

Very nice place to live, pretty quiet even with dogs. Maintenance is decently quick, but sometimes rushes through things and doesn’t fix them properly. Amenities are nice too

The apartment staff is amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing. They get stuff done on a timely manner as long as they are fully staffed, but it is something out of their control when it comes to being fully staffed. Absolutely amazing

Over my 3 years being here, the quality, service, and pricing has gotten much worse. The only thing to brag about it the maintenance employees. They have been great. I’m very excited to leave

My experience has been good for the most part. They are taking cleanliness a lot more serious now which helps because neighbors can be trashy. Leasing office is still hit or miss when it comes to good service, but overall it is an okay place to live.

The best place me n my kids ever lived, we luv it here n many more years to come living here, all in all a very good place n heart warming people

Do not move here! They raise the rent every year and they don’t care about you! I’ve lived here 3 years and every year it’s gone up!! Constantly being woken up by the people cutting grass. Had a neighbor try to kick in my front door and these people did nothing about it except charge me to fix it! There’s always some miscellaneous fee for something

I am giving three stars only for communication. The apartment is clean and the environment is decent but the staff is not very customer friendly. The office is impossible to get in communication with and seems like they are putting way to much work on one person. The maintenance staff is wonderful! Kind and helpful I have no complaints. I constantly get notices for the wrong building or that are incorrect. I received notices multiple times that were saying rent was increasing or saying if I did not requalify in ten days I would be evicted and all the office would say is "disregard". So end of the day. The community is good, apartment is ok Very expensive for the amount of space. But I would not return simply because of the staff and the lack of good customer service.

Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar pero algúnos inquilino no respetan horario, siempre haciendo bulla de horas en tarde en la noche. Otro problema es que fuman en los Apt. Y ese humo se filtra a otros Apt. Especialmente cuando fuman en los baños.

I felt like I just ran a marathon and got to lie down, rest, and enjoy finally being home. It's been a difficult move but it's been an easy place to settle down.

Tenemos un tiempo aquí y lo recomendamos para vivir, es muy tranquilo, las area Verdes te hacen sentir como que vives en un parque, el personal de la oficina es muy atento, la piscina la mantienen higienizada y los niños tienen área para recreación y jugar

Great cooperation for admin issues when I needed assistance in the leasing office. I have also had great maintenance response. I am very pleased in general!

Rent has been consistently increased every year you renew, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors keep to themselves which I love. However, every month before the 1st of the next month you get an automated email stating you’ll be evicted if you don’t “emit payment of balance due” for your next months rent even though it isn’t the due date and you will get this email even if you pay rent on time in full each month. Not to mention if you have ever read your lease it says you do not have to Re-certify until you renew your lease but the leasing office will send you “ automated letters” to vacate the premises 60 days prior to your lease needing to be renewed because you haven’t Re-certified 5 months before you actually have to which can be extremely annoying, and irritating. So if you come live here just expect to see these things each year.

I enjoy living at the Everett, great staff and maintenance is extremely fast showing up! Beautiful complex, I wish the stairs and breezeways were cleaner, but overall love it here!

Wish I had thought about whether it was a smoking/nonsmoking comples before moving in. Know some of the neighbors and they seem like nice people. The apartments are showing their age. At least they have a very responsive maintenance crew and all those guys are nice except one guy who is not very nice.

Amazing office and maintenance staff. Only real complaint is people blaring music especially at night with their cars and having to tell them to turn it down

Great community and very clean grounds a must for a new couple or even a older family to start there lives. Plenty of parking and a park for your little one to play at

The entire leasing process was quite lengthy with a lot of miscommunication/ lack of communication. After receiving the keys to my apartment I did not get a walk-through with the leasing agent it was just simply handed my keys. As soon as I open the door I was hit with the overwhelming overpowering smell of old wet cigarette smoke. (I don't smoke) I feel it is unacceptable to move into apt and be expected to pay the amount I am for a 1 BR and it smell absolutely horrible. It should be standard to every apt smell as though it's never had a tenant (new)If there are non smoking units I was not made aware and I think out of consideration of other tenants in the same building all residents should smoke outside. I am very disappointed.

It's nice and people seem really friendly. My daughter had already made friends and has fun in the pool. Glad we made the choice to move here.

So far the community has been amazing, maintenance has been responsive. The staff is great, and the community is quiet. Best place I have lived in in a while.

I like living at the Everett. They're pet friendly so I can have Pest and Simon. There is a swimming pool which is nice too. Laundry facilities are just downstairs and usually have no trouble getting to use them. Wooded area right out back where we actually have deer. No loud music. Usually is pretty quiet. No problem with parking either

Safe mostly quiet neighborhood. Above all other apartment locations, staff, and beautiful grounds with flowers trees and wildlife. Extreme pet friendly and friendly neighbors.

Super friendly people wise and animal/pet wise! I’ve had zero incidents with any neighbors from my building or the surrounding ones. Beautiful quiet neighborhood!

Just moved in today and so far it's amazing here. We love everything the Everett has to offer. Jerrica helped us and did a great job and made us feel very welcomed!

Its a nice quiet community. Mostly I like the features of the park and the outdoor amenities . I love the woods and the park as well as being able to walk to the creek and the park below.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. There have been some issues but all have been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are incredible! They are quick and efficient! This complex is close to 50 years old and things are going to break and possibly leak but these are resolved as soon as reported. The management and office staff have been amazing to my mother and I as we have struggled in this economy. We feel at home here and are very happy. We moved here from GA in 2021. My mother is close to 80 and I didn't want her last memories to be of that congested city. I found The Everett online and the leasing office was so helpful with our move. We moved here without even knowing the area. I wanted my mother to be able to look out at nature. Wish was granted! Her bedroom here overlooks the mountains! She sits in her chair and gazes out at them and the deer all the time. Makes me so happy!!

Jerrica walked my son through the application process and allowed me to view the layout of the apartment She was professional and helpful I especially appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere provided by the people and the complex

So far it’s been a great experience living in an apartment complex. One small issue is that my neighbors keep putting trash bags outside their door and leaving it and it’s causing flies and fruit flies .

Manager is rude as hell. They don't fix anything and if you pick your self out it's a 50 fee to get in. Bad pr skills bad attitudes bad business.

Maintenance has gotten a lot faster! I'm excited for the pool to open and grateful for the dog park! Our time at the Everett has been pretty great!

I have lived here for 15 years and the updates are amazing. I love the dog wash station and the new lights outside the units and the new parking lot and also the side walks. The office staff is always helpful and prompt to address your needs.

Such a great living area especially for kids and the local grocery store n gas station is a walk away.

We have lived here for 5 months and we love it. The best part is my 2 oldest sons moved into their own TH in August so having them living in the same community with me is amazing.

Not such a great place to live. The rent has almost tripled since we moved here, and the people at the front desk are awfully rude, especially when it comes to DOING THEIR JOBS.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick and helpful! I just moved here from MD and I defiantly feel at home. My kids also love it!

I love the calm and quiet here and the friendliness of the community. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance request.
