The Everlee apartments are what formerly was the Peaks. The new management has jacked up the prices and have done NO improvements to the community. You will not be able to park in front or near your apartment unless you pay extra for reserved parking spots. The staff is great and friendly. That's the positive part. The maintenance crew is nice but it will take 5-7 days if your microwave doesn't work, or any other issue. The toilets are rusted out, the showers and tubs are so old they recoat them and never fix any old issues, I couldn't get my tub to work at all even after they temporarily fixed it. The apartments smell like Marijuana from neighbors using and it permeates the walls to the point where my son noticed and said something. I needed to leave to take care of family and had to break my lease early. They kept the 1200 security deposit and then charged me for another coat of paint even though the paint was perfect when I left, not a mark on the walls, nor was anything hung on the walls when I was there so there were no picture hanger marks or anything. They then charged 1749 dollars in addition to two months rent for the 60 day notice. There is no reason to take advantage of people by charging 1749 for no reason in addition to keeping the security deposit. The kitchen stove didn't work when I got there and they had to come up to fix that. I don't know what they are doing with the money they take from people, it sure wasn't worthy of the expensive rental rates. There are much better places to rent that are actually updated and worth the prices that Everlee is charging. You don't have to settle for lipstick on a pig. Look elsewhere

We’ve had extensive renovations to our interiors, exteriors, amenities, added parking and additional convenience amenities and we are confident that our rental rates reflect in the living experience we offer. Most service requests are completed within 24-48 hours; however, we understand others may take longer due to parts needed etc., and we apologize if this occurred during your stay. Since you chose to end your lease early, we did have to follow our lease break policy which was detailed in your lease. You’ll find that providing a 60-day notice and paying the lease break fees are a common policy while renting. We are more than happy to work with you on extended payment options if needed. Thank you for acknowledging the efforts of our staff as we prioritize excellent customer service and always strive to create a positive experience for all residents. Amber was awesome from start to finish with a smile! We toured the unit and the application process was simple and easy. Amber worked very hard to get everything moving right away to get me moved in by my move in date! It only took 1 day! All of the staff in the office were very friendly too! I am gonna cry when I move out of this apartment complex. The experience here has been the best one I have ever had living in an apartment (and I have lived in multiple states). Our unit was great, move in was easy, maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly, the environment of the complex is clean and beautiful, the neighbors are friendly. I could go on and on. But what has made this place feel like home was the staff that works here. My family and I have built a great relationship with them. It was so easy to do because of the way they care about their tenants. I have seen them go above and beyond for my family multiple times to make our experience here a great one. Plus they are amazing people, which is sometimes hard to find in this world. In my experience, it is hard to find an apartment complex with a staff who actually cares about the quality service they provide to the people living on property. But the REVEL100 staff has stood out to me as being the best for the full year of living here. This place is great for both families who have kids and people who don’t. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a peaceful living experience.

Christmas Eve.... I went out to think my truck had been stolen. Nope, just the appartment complex "auditing" the nowhere near full parking last night at 1 am in 15 degree weather.... I also have my sticker laying in the window and now I have no way to work until at least Tuesday. So, that's $550 in missed wages plus if they don't pay for my truck to come out another $170 plus storage. Trust me this isn't the place you wanna live. Also, we got hit with a trash can violation 6 months after we moved in although we haven't done anything different. Don't come here

They paint over their tubs and the paint starts to come off and I went to the doctors and I’m having test ran cause every time I get out the shower my feet won’t stop itching and that didn’t happen until paint started coming off

I love Rev100 so much,this is my 3rd season here,I moved to Decatur last summer but was missing it so much I moved back after 10 months. I love the trees which keep my electric bill down in the summer and the screened decks. Maintenance is there when you need them. Amber and Deborah are the bomb (In a good way)always organizing events for the residents, I hope they never leave.

Just moved in but so far so good. The application process was a breeze with the help of Deborah and the other office people. She made us a priority and helped us move in as soon as possible. this is my first real apartment. i’ve been here since late july. my new car was recently towed due to not getting a parking sticker during after business hours. spoke to leasing manager, jeanette, and dirstrict manager, ashley, both were nasty saying they don’t care and my car was illegally parked, though i am a resident. wont waive the tow fee. rent is due in a week, and they know at the office i’ve been struggling since i had covid last month. they are also still charging late fees and still filing for evictions even though we’re in a PANDEMIC. aside from that, maintenance takes forever. i’ve had multiple requests and they usually take a week or more to come out. 24/7 towing but no 24/7 maintenance? my apartment has felt like a sauna for days and i’ve had to wait until the weekend was up to get it resolved. there’s only one trash compactor and it’s always overflowed and disgusting on weekends. not enough parking for guests and sometimes residents, towing as if we live in atlanta and people are parking here to be somewhere else. management is nice at first but shows their true colors in the end. don’t waste your time you can live somewhere just as nice, if not nicer, for the price elsewhere. read reviews before you rent!

To ensure that residents get top priority for residential parking, we have a parking policy in place that requires those parked in resident parking to have a parking sticker, or they are at risk of being towed. Our office is happy to provide parking stickers to our residents even after office hours through our Amazon Hub lockers. To alleviate the trash compactor issue, our community has added valet trash services which has helped beautify our community. This year, we have also completed a significant parking extension! At first the time place looks nice clean and modern but they really use cheap materials in it to trick their future tenants. my tub had mildews and I had only been in it for Less than 1 month, which means they just painted white over and old tub, things used to always break and maintenance doesn’t always come on time, these people in the office seems nice but are really evil, I have seen them tow people’s car for reasons that makes no sense and the place is always full of trash. Don’t waste your time people look for somewhere else to live it is not worth the money!!!

This complex constantly has something g wrong, from the pool to the gate, the trash compactor, pet waste, pest control, and appliances. It’s rare that one week will go by without a new issue.

I've lived here for over a year and love it. Management is always very helpful and maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast and efficiently and I have had very few repair issues. I rank a 4 only as there are many improvements being done right now and it is somewhat of an inconvenience. The newly renovated apartments are even nicer than the current units. I have seen this complex constantly improving and trust the changes will be great! The apartments are spacious and the complex is smaller than most. For the most part, the tenants are friendly and responsible. Management encourages tenants enjoy the community while ensuring that our surroundings are pleasant and safe. I look forward to enjoying the new amenities with my family and friends.

The Peaks at Bells Ferry is a great place to live! The apartments, pool, and gym are nice. Lawns are very well kept, and it is good location in Acworth. Miranda, who works in the leasing office, was very helpful in the leasing process.

After living here at the peaks at Bells Ferry for 2 years, I can honestly say I have grown to love it here. The gym and the pool are always kept clean for residents. The parking over the two years has gotten better including special spots for guests. One of the best parts about living here is the maintenance crew they work really hard to make sure they can fix everything the day of, not having you wait weeks to get anything fixed. All of the lovely ladies in the office are always there to help out and make sure everything is running smoothly. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment to live in!
So I’ve been living at this place for a good 9 months. Everything was fine. The maintenance always came in and fixed stuff. The amenities are nice; however I live in a 2nd floor apartment and we have cockroaches and ants. We’ve had extermination come and try to get rid of them but obviously that didn’t work. We even had to literally get everything out of the kitchen and let them fumigate the place and that didn’t work honestly. The other day, my car got towed. I went to the office to complain about why it was towed, and they just told me I had my sticker in the wrong place. I usually get emails from them and so do my roommates, but they and I never received an email from them. One of my roommates went and had to tell them her email because they didn’t have it in the system, but why did she receive emails prior before? The lady said they circled around my car multiple times to see where the sticker is but couldn’t find it. When I first came to The Peaks, the person taking care of me just told me to put it somewhere visible and that’s what I did. It hasn’t been a problem until now. I arrived back at my apartment literally 15 minutes after it got towed and I was baffled to see my car gone. I thought it had gotten stolen and called the police and everything. Before they would give out warnings and stickers onto the cars, but now they don’t. I’m highly disappointed that I had to go get my car at a towing company that I should’ve found out a day prior. This was probably the best Easter I had ever. On top of that, I love how I have to pay rent this day too. Oh, not to mention, I had an performance in Duluth that I had to miss. Also the price to get to get my car back is $175. There was no offer for reimbursement or anything.
This is the worst management I have been here 5 years. The police is overly here weekly for all kinds of reasons. Dog dokie is everywhere you walk. Nothing for kids to play around here. The rent is different prices .One residents pays higher for the 2bdrm than one resident pays for 3 berm. The management just tows residents cars and puts violation stickers for dumb reasons.Ashley is a money hungry control freak.She makes rules up like the residents are her kids. She lies!!! she just text the residents and said everyone has to stop paying by money order and checks and we have to pay by debit from our bank or risk getting evicted for non payment. Old people do not have internet she makes them come to the office and give her their info and she pays it online for them in the business center that Can only be used when the office is open.The trash is overflowing on the weekends and smells. They have another dumpster that is in front of the car wash that is just a water hose by the way. Don't move here it is a permanently water leak.The grass is ugly and half dead in several spots. Several apartments flood don't get on bottom floors mold has been found too. It looks good from outside this place is the worst in Cherokee co!!!!! The office is fixed up nice to fool you look around the property. There is no storage in the apartment. They don't service the heat either until it breaks. You can't get a garage it is Year waiting list.The lights on the building don't half work.

I will just give a bulleted list for easy reading: 1) pest is INCLUDED in rent but the pest control does not come monthly. We only saw them the end of our first month here (been here 7mo) and never again 2) The room you view on your tour is a display apartment, it is not for rent like they make you think it is so ask about that if you still want to tour here 3) Numerous people’s belongings have gotten damaged by the weather and The Peaks said they would NOT cover any damages and we would have to pay for apartment damages even if we are not at fault 4) Horrible customer service and lazy employees 5) Payment portal system constantly crashes and residents still have to pay late fees even if the only way they can pay their rent is not properly functioning. 6) Would not recommend and can’t wait until my lease is up in June 2018
When my husband and I started looking for apartments, the Peaks was the first and last! Upon walking in, we were greeted with a professional, knowledgeable, and warm-hearted staff who kindly helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Throughout our application process, the staff responded quickly to calls and messages, making sure we were helped in every way possible. My favorite day was hearing the words, “You’ve been approved.” Since then, living here has been a great experience. The community grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The apartment is updated, spacious, and clean! Pretty much EVERYTHING is included in a very affordable rental price. My puppy loves this place, we love this place, and we’re so happy to call this place our first home. Thanks for everything!
My boyfriend and I were looking for apartments forever, and liked this one. They showed us an apartment and said it was ours then changed it on the day we moved in. The day we moved in, we smelled an awful stench and so we complained many times, begging for a different apartment after my allergies went crazy. I told them I suspected it to be mold and they told me I was crazy and that its the glue under the floors. They don't really care about you or your concerns even when you constantly ask them to fix things. Not to mention there is a bug problem and a rusted dishwasher. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!
The Peaks is a great apartment complex. The apartment is beautiful in the inside, with high ceilings and energy eficiente appliances. The staff are so nice and helpful. It feels like family. Very quiet, nice neighbors, and the amenities are great. The price for the location and the quality of the apartment, you can't beat that. I'm very pleased with my apartment. I recommend to everyone I know.
My daughter and I called about pricing, but we were so impressed by all the things it includes that I had to go see ourself. The ladies were very helpful and offered me coffee which is an A to me on customer service. They went over the application process and the paperwork and then they took us to go see the apartment. The lady talked about work and school and what my daughter was looking for. The apartments were clean and more updated than the other apartments in the area. It's also gated which makes me feel more comfortable about my daughter living on her own. I'm glad we were able to find a place for her and her friend!
I toured The Peaks recently because my lease is ending in August and I wanted to get a head start. The Peaks is one of the first places I looked because it's so close to work and school. The amenities are perfect too, they're getting a dog park, they have a pool, a fitness center, and a business center which is great because I don't own a printer and need to print a lot for school. I am excited that they don't have any weight restrictions on the dogs too, because my dog Tucker is about 45lbs and most places don't allow him. I currently live further up Bells Ferry so I already know the area is perfect. I can get to school in about 10 minutes and work in about 20. I'll be applying soon and I hope we get approved because I don't want to live anywhere else!
I moved in back in October and I definitely have to say this has been by far the best community I've ever lived at. The staff is awesome and super friendly, not to mention the community is always in tip top shape! The pricing is affordable and comes with amazing amenities. I recommend this community to everyone who is looking to move into the Acworth area!!

The Peaks is definitely somewhere that should be checked out when apartment hunting. They offer more amenities and include more utilities in the price of their units than any other place around Acworth. They have a huge pool with a sundeck, a playground, an updated fitness center, a business center, a car wash station and they're even installing a new dog park this spring. The leasing staff is super helpful and does the best they can to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your new home.
Love it here!! Property is nice and quiet. Pet friendly. Office Staff is new and super nice and friendly. They are very helpful. Love the location as well. Nice landscaping. Definitely on the top of my list for sure!! Would recommend this place in a heart beat!
Great place to live. Beautiful apartments, friendly staff. Nice neighborhood for dog owners. There are two dog walks. Thick walls, we cannot hear our neighbors. Gate has been broken the whole time we have lived here, sorry to say. Pool situation has issues. :-(

I have lived here for many years and have never experienced such terrible management as there is right now. They close the pool on mondays for maintenance, but the pool remains filthy and broken down. They established the stupid rule of NOT ALLOWING CHILDREN OUTSIDE! What kind of apartment community does that? Ever leave your bike outside, and they will dispose of it in the dumpster! The "fully equipped" fitness center has no properly functioning machinery. This is the worst place to ever waste your money on.
December 29th 2013, Sick of the garbage left everywhere and not cleaned up for days, waiting for maintenance and staff to address it is ridiculous and they are full of excuses, gates never work allowing anyone in, pool is frequently closed due to lack of treatment and the dog manure is everywhere including your shoes and the halls are filthy. Not at all worth the rent and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
THERE ARE SOME COMMITED PEOPLE WHO WORK TO KEEP THINGS STAUS QUO. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THERE PEOPLE SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE. THEIR LEVEL OF ON SITE INTELL IS TERRIBLE. THUS THE OVERALL MANAEMENT IS TERERIBLE. AS SOON AS THIS LEASE IS UP SO LONG . WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE .
