This property is beautiful. Along with that, it’s also in a great location. It’s secluded but also close to downtown. The bridge is so convenient. The property is also more affordable than most of the others in the area. I love it here!
I absolutely love living here! I feel like after owning my own home that life is simpler living here at The Everly. All the staff are friendly and they do an amazing job creating activities for us here. I’ve always felt safe and cared for here. I also love the location for shopping and enjoying eating with friends at all the restaurants.

I have only been here for two weeks, and I have come to find that The Everly is the most community oriented place I have ever lived. The welcome I received was beyond what I could have expected. I’ve already used all the amenities here - the gym was great & had everything I needed, the pool was clean & refreshing, the study rooms have been a wonderful place for some quiet time to get work done. I really could not recommend The Everly more.

We love living at The Everly and have recommended this apartment complex to many friends. The units are beautiful and we love the fact that we don’t have to worry about maintenance issues. We downsized last year, sold our large home, and moved here after visiting about ten apartment complexes. No joke. We enjoy walking to the squares the library, and the park. All we need is a grocery store nearby (like Aldi) and we would walk everywhere. The maintenance crew and office staff are wonderful. They are responsive to any and all concerns. We feel safe and can’t say enough good things about The Everly.

Wow - we're delighted you had such a fantastic experience!
We love living at The Everly. Our apartment is beautiful with a wonderful wrap around balcony that we use as another living space when the weather permits. As retired downsizers, we appreciate the maintenance free life and the exceptional maintenance staff. They keep everything working in tip top order. We love the amenities… pool, exercise room, free coffee and beer, and our social events. Our new manager has planned eight events for July! We also love the location, we walk across the bridge to downtown almost every evening and we walk the Midland Greenway or the Wilshire Trail daily. We utilize the Gainesville branch of the Hall County Library system on a weekly basis and enjoy all of the downtown activities on the square. All we need is a grocery store (like Aldi) nearby and we would rarely get in our cars. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Community rules need more aggressive enforcement. Garbage/garbage cans are left out frequently on non-pickup days and at all hours of the day. Also, some residents are in violation of the no-smoking policy; smoking on their balconies and in their apartments - the hallways frequently smell of marijuana. Residents should be encouraged to keep the common areas clean! Hallways are often littered with trash and other debris. Residents should also be encouraged to be respectful of their neighbors. The other day my neighbor brushed his dog on his balcony and a huge ball of fur flew onto my balcony and into my face. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked back into his apartment. I wish the property manager would hire someone to clean the floors in the hallways; they are stained with previously leaked garbage and other spills/leaks. It really distracts from the property’s appearance. We love living here but some things (above) that could make the experience even more enjoyable.

The Everly is the best located complex in Gainesville. Although it may be slightly more expensive than other apartments in town, it has twice the amenities and it very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and quick to help with any issues.

Best part of The Everly is its location. The apartment design is actually pretty good but, considering the quality of the furnished appliances and overall condition of the property - rent is really too high for what you get. Expect to have to clean your apartment yourself upon move-in - ours was filthy! If there is existing damage to appliances or the apartment itself, expect to live with it since management has no interest in repairing existing damages.

We love living here at The Everly and hope to stay here for many years. We love our apartment, the staff, the amenities, the convenience to downtown and walking trails, and the way our maintenance staff responds to any issues. We have friends who have moved here due to our influence. We enjoy meeting new people in the common areas and the gym. We hang out with friends in the lounge area and enjoy a free beverage. The Starbucks coffee machine is an amazing perk along with other selections. We downsized from a large home and haven’t regretted our decision. Our grandchildren think we live in a resort hotel and we do, too!

I am very pleased with the staff here at The Everly. They have been so supportive and friendly. I love the location, it is so convenient for shopping and dining out at a variety of restaurants. We could not be happier with our move to The Everly. Our unit is beautiful, closets are huge, the kitchen is modern and open, and we love the outdoor balcony area. We have a corner unit and the views are amazing. The management and maintenance staffs are wonderful. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and work to make sure we are satisfied. It is great to be so close to downtown for walking, eating out, visiting the library, and doing a bit of shopping. We love this place and are thankful w decided to move here.

I’ve owned many homes in the past 30 years and never thought I would be happy in a apartment/condo I’ve only been here for a month and I’m very happy I made the choice. The location, immunities and staff Exceed my expectations! It frees me up from doing any yardwork and house maintenance so I can go out have fun and enjoy my life!

It’s not perfect because they didn’t think about a kids space. Even the common outside area was made for adults and pets, not for kids. But yes, still as adult I am felling living in an hotel.

I moved in two weeks ago and I'm so happy I did. Victoria took me around and answered all my questions with a smile. Shante, Lexi, and Luis have been fabulous. The two work orders I put in were done in less than 48 hours. So far I'm impressed and happy I live here! I recommend it!
This community is absolutely beautiful, and I cant wait for the rest of the construction to be finished to enjoy the new restaurants right nearby! Any issues or concerns that I have had have been promptly dealt with by the kind and respectful management staff. The apartments are stunning and I am thoroughly enjoying my experience at Solis Gainesville. This is a comfortable, safe, inviting place for a female to live.
