My family and I love our new home! We enjoy the community and absolutely love the staff! Juliann and Alexa are simply amazing! They made my moving experience seamless! They were always there, pleasant and very helpful. Orlando is very nice and also made my move smooth! This is definitely a great place to live and an amazing community to be apart of!
Overall Lovely community, beautifully built complex, friendly office team & maintenance guy. Near all, such as Target, ShopRite, Tjmaxx, Home goods, complain about that.
So far so good. The staff has been very friendly and are knowledgeable in regards to the complex. They go out of their way to keep you up to date on events and are very approachable if you have any questions. The maintenance supervisor is especially helpful. He went out of his way to help me and that's kindness that you rarely see anymore. Some things are still under construction, but this complex has the potential to be great! I'm looking forward to spending many happy years here...
The staff is the super friendly and available and the living environment is welcoming and comfortable! I will definitely refer people I know who are looking to move
TEOF is the best community I’ve ever lived in so far (and I’ve lived in 3 others prior to here). The property staff are so kind and helpful, they made our move-in smooth, and the unit we have is beautiful! I look forward to seeing the final project and enjoying the amenities next month.
Friendly, safe and clean atmosphere. Staff is very nice and helpful. Quick response times with questions. I am happy to be a part of this community.
Everything is going well so far. The move in was smooth andvthe apartment is nice. All the appliances are very nice. Counter tops and flooring are easy to maintain.
