Welcome to The Factory Student Apartments in Logan, UT. We are a student housing community built for the students of USU and surrounding colleges. Our apartments offer spacious private and shared rooms with a washer and dryer, modern appliances, dishwashers, and two refrigerators in each unit. We place an emphasis on our amazing amenities and building community and connections between residents. Located only 1.5 miles from central Logan and bursting with spacious apartments, the neighborhood of Adams makes it easy for locals to experience the cultural charms of a big city while enjoying the peaceful suburbs. A roof over your head. Wifi is very spotty. Pool & hot tube very mysteriously green. Security deposit still not refunded and it's been 90 days.......

The Factory has had issues in the past but as of now, it is a great place to live. I've been a resident since 2020, and I will continue to be till I graduate. Washer and dryer in unit, two dishwashers, two fridges, and a tv in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and they try to get to know everyone who frequents the office and they occasionally do giveaways and prizes.
