Me and my family recently had the pleasure of residing at The Fairways apartment complex for a year and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in my new home, I was impressed by the immaculately maintained grounds and beautifully landscaped courtyards. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with high ceilings, and plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The amenities were top-notch, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool, and convenient package delivery service. But what really set The Fairways apart was the exceptional service from the management team - they were always prompt to address any issues or concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable in my new home. Overall, I would highly recommend The Fairways to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free living experience.

Current resident. I’ve been living with my walls open for over one month and management still has no timeline, detailed compensation plan or a plan to transfer me. After having several inspections in my unit, the apartment is still bidding the vendor, so they are unable to provide me with any timeline or any plan but “it will take a while”. It took them over one week after tearing my wall to cover up with temporary plastic and leave industrial size air filter. So I was left vulnerably to all the possible toxins during the time. And if it needs an industrial air filter to keep air clean, should I be sleeping in that room in the first place? After facility manager and district manager came by to inspect the unit, they verbally promised to provide with timeline and compensation in one day but it took two weeks for to get the same generic answer even after I sent an email to an escalation contact. I’ve never had a problem with any of my previous apartments until now so determine for yourself. Never know.

While only living here for a few months, this community has been by far the best! The apartments are very nice and spacious, ample parking and the grounds are kept beautifully. We are in the 2 bed 2 bath apartment, we took 2 carports and a garage. The amenities are wonderful, along with a nice size pool and hot tub! The staff has been great to work with, and the few minor issues (small leak in the kitchen faucet) we have had with the apartment, they were addressed immediately. Unfortunately we have had to cut our lease short, within that process, management has been wonderful. Jenn is a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful and professional during this time. I will certainly miss this community, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Maintenance supervisor, Brandon and office manager, Jennifer refuse to fix maintenance issues. They either blame the tenant for breaking thing under normal use or they deny seeing issues. Microwave door cracked over time due to just opening the door properly and bedroom window doesn't close properly so it leaks and dealing with black mold. Only positive is the leasing lady Sydney! She's a sweetheart.

Marla, we apologize that your maintenance requests have taken longer than expected to get addressed. We can assure you that we take your concerns seriously. According to our records, maintenance resolved your window service request in a timely manner. The root of the problem was condensation freezing due to extremely low temperatures. Additionally, our team found the broken microwave handle to have been caused as a result of improper care, not from normal wear and tear. The comfort and well-being of our residents are always our top priority, please speak with our team directly by visiting our office at your earliest convenience.
Pros: - The complex has beautiful grounds and a great location. - There is a gym with a weekly free class (trainer comes in). - The pool is salt-water. - They recently installed a 24-hour package concierge service, which is similar to an Amazon locker. Cons: Management is a revolving door and Maintenance is rude/unhelpful. My move-in experience was extremely stressful. I was given an inaccurate move-in date to an apartment which would not be ready in time (she gave me the previous tenants move-out date). Management did not catch this mistake- I did. This incorrect move in date and unit number led to much rework on my end- reworking plans with movers, updating all address changes twice, ordering checks with wrong address, etc. I had a leaky window for several months. The window had gaps on the track and rain (and noise) would come through. After many requests, Maintenance did some quick fixes, but it continued to leak rain and leave stains on the windowsill and carpet. There was a huge lack of communication about the progress of a window replacement, in which again was escalated to corporate. Corporate promised a new window, but after a 3rd party company came in for an estimate and discovering replacing the custom window would be expensive, I was ghosted by corporate. The head maintenance guy from their sister property, Brandon, was eventually recruited to bring a caulk gun over caulk the window shut. I requested maintenance to fix the smelly garbage disposal after doing many rounds of scrubbing with bleach and plink drops. Maintenance man Rory left an order slip that said “Ran dish soap and deodorizer thru disposal. It is the tenant that needs to keep this fresh”. Maintenance did not lay down any sort of salt during the ice storms we had. There are very few lights at night. This complex offers amenities such as free movie and bike rentals. If you rent out a movie and lose it, you owe the complex $100. Out of the four bikes the complex owns, two have flat tires, one has a broken belt, and the other one has an alignment issue, which makes it impossible to ride. I paid an additional monthly fee to rent a carport. I had to move three times due to birds building nests in my carport and having bird messes on my car. I asked the management to remove the birds, and they claimed that they were endangered (they are pigeons...) and that if I felt threatened I could call the police. There is truly a bird infestation at this complex.
Very rude management. Specially the new Assistant Manager Marie. She was not ready to hear people out. Got charged 3 times the rent for breaking the lease citing a bogus 60 day notice. Who would be in a situation to break a lease and plan for a 60 days notice in advance. I told her I am ready to move out asap and they can rent it but they said it is not my business to worry about, yet charging me for 2 extra months. Apartments build quality is not good either. Lots of noise from other units and Winter insulation is horrible. You need Blankets on top of cranked heaters to survive winters.
The good thing is, we are mostly left alone. It’s a nice community with nice amenities that I believe are worth the price in rent, not counting the extras that you have to pay for. Having said that, parking sucks. There are 900 covered parking spaces and may 30 uncovered parking spaces. This means you end up walking a quarter mile back to your apartment if you don’t work a 9-5. You already pay for parking in your rent as, but if you desire one of the compious numbers of unused covered spaces, you must agree to pay an exorbitant amount more. This is the only place I’ve ever live that doesn’t include one spot with each unit. Tells me that they are more interested in capitalizing on the tenants’ fear of hail damage than they are interested in protecting and valuing their tenants.
