I truly loved living at the fairways. I didn’t renew my lease because I wanted to test out a new state. But if I ever came back I would definitely put an application back in for another lease LOL managment is awesome and the employees are very very nice. It sucked I wasn’t able to have specific thing on the balcony but they always notified me to take it down before a notice was written which is great! Joe was very reasonable and was all around a wonderful person. I really miss living at the fairways!! ??

We've been living here at fairways for a year now and any issues we had ,they always resolved it in a fairly quickly timely manner and office staffs are great!
I have been living at Fairways Apartments for 2 years and I have only positive comments. The office staff are a pleasure to speak with and always have a positive attitude. They are always eager to solve problems and resolve issues. I have had some maintenance repairs on my apartment and the maintenance staff are always clean and respectful when they enter my apartment for repairs. Fairways has 3 pools and 3 spas and they are always clean and organized. Adjacent to the pools are grills with seating areas. I walk the 17-acre apartment complex on a regular basis and it is always clean and the landscaping is beautifully manicured. Over the last 2 years I have spoken with a lot of residents that live here and I have only heard positive comments from them about Fairways. As far as location is concerned across the street there is a park with a half mile walking trail and a half mile up the street is a major shopping center with most everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I give Fairways Apartments 5 stars out of 5 stars. Sincerely, Anton K.

I have been living at Fairways @ Southern Highlands for 3 years. Management team do make great effort to solve any issues at Fairways. Maintenance repairs are always taken care of and “fixed”!! I’ve had the same dyer for 3 years and maintenance fixed it. And now I can use my dryer at the energy saving level, ??. Scorpions yes, call office to schedule pest control out and done!! Safety issues call the office and they will address it. They continue to upgrade. Great location for all your needs.

I’ve been residing at the Fairways Southern Highlands for just over 9 months now. Once skeptical of apartment living, I’m surprised (and relieved) in how happy I am to be living here. The large complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. My 1-bedroom/bath is very open and spacious; lots of windows throughout; ceiling fans in every room. The front office is always helpful, and the Maintenance team responsive. The complex allows pets, and there are ample areas to walk them. The complex is a 5-minute walk to restaurants, market, gas and shops; and a park and trails are located across the street. Fairways Southern Highlands is a great place to reside.
My wife and I have been living here for 3 years now and these are great apartments in a great neighborhood. The bedrooms and living rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The front office staff is friendly and will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful with any questions we have. I have loved my time living here and I will always highly recommend this place if you're looking for an apartment in this location.
Update: Beware! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The Fairways magically "lost" our notice even though we gave it to them months in advance. My husband and I were having a brand new home built down the street so we had absolutely NOTHING to gain by just up and leaving with no notice. Now, we are in a dispute over un-paid rent and failure to give notice and we are fighting it in court. Not only was the staff incompetent and rude, they also "lost" our forwarding address and never returned our deposit...very convenient. We were never notified of the rent we supposedly owed snd our apartment was occupied very shortly after we left...seems like they had ample notice to me. The entire situation is shady. Luckily, we have all of the documentation we need to handle this so we but I would hate to see this happen to anyone else. The Fairways is a scum-pit in such a beautiful area. There are much nicer apartments and town homes popping up all around so please, do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere. The property hasn't been updated in years, the staff is beyond rude and the grounds are poorly maintained. If I could give this place a negative star I would. My husband and I were perfect tenants for more than three years; rent was early, no complaints, my husband did most of our apartment maintenance himself because it was so difficult to get a repair person out there, we left the place better than we found it and owed $0 in fees u;on move-out and were treated like dirt. Run!
My husband and myself,been living in this apartment about 6 plus years.very attractive,especially leasing agents are so wonderful people,very friendly,concerns and most caring to all tenants,we are mostly like one family in this community complexes,very actively and professional in business value. I believe they are very successful business,since we were moving in,seen most tenants were staying and enjoying living in these apartments,due their professional services,great public relations,very healthy living environment.perfectly living as a Home Sweet Home..God Bless All Associates Leasing Agents,and Management Team.
We've been living at this complex for five years now and I've never had any major issues to note. Southern Highlands in general is a very upscale neighborhood so the rents here are typically higher than say areas like Silverado ranch but you get what you pay for. Square footage is great for the price in this area, we've never had an issue with safety and neighbors here are friendly and/or otherwise keep to themselves. I'd say the only pet peeve about this place is the bbq grills are located outside of the pool not inside. Not a big deal but or us who love to grill and hang at the beautiful pool it is a it of an inconvenience.
The apartments are decent and the pool view off the patio (when its cool enough to go outside) is like being on a vacation. The staff are pretty chill and the rent not too high considering the area. We pay $950 for a two bedroom pool front apt. Animals are accepted! $25 extra on the rent. Look on the website for deposit deals. Overall I like to be here. Convenient to the strip 10- 15 minutes to the south strip and 25 mins or so to downtown. The closest casinos are M, South Point and Silverton. The airport is a 15 minute drive. There are decent restaurants close by and a grocery store within 3 minutes.
