The Falls at Sope Creek Apartments

The Falls at Sope Creek is an excellent apartment complex that I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. It is in a great location, the apartment amenities are all modern and updated, and it's close to all of the great restaurants and shopping that the area has to offer. The leasing office staff is very attentive, and all of my needs were met promptly. I've loved living here, and I'm sure you will too!

Love the area. So much access to surrounding restaurants and stores. Apartments are outdated but maintenance does a well enough job with what’s already here. Quiet neighborhoods as well. Haven’t had a pest issue since I’ve been here! Love that

It was a really rough move in process but things are improving due to the maintenance staff. It is a quiet community and good neighbors. The apartments are old and have issues but maintenance keeps on top of things and genuinely care about the residents. Very beautiful views and walking trail along the creek

We’ve barely had an issues and the issues we’ve had have been sorted out and fixed! We had maintenance come out and fix our sink today we’ve been having issues with the faucet itself. Got us a new one and then helped get rid of a hornets nest even tho it’s not his job. Shout out to Nathaniel! Awesome job at being maintance. Fast efficient.

Starting the process was a lot , but Shaylee was very very helpful every step of the way. She took care of everything that needed to be done. Everything was perfect.

I honestly love it here at the falls it mainly quiet, great views, the gym is great, haven’t had a chance to experience the pools yet both the complex has 2, if you have an issue maintenance get if fixed quick and the leasing staff are great and welcome especially the person who helped me Michael great guy.

Property is very quiet. Leasing office staff are nice and engaging. Hosting different events for community engagement and just staying involved.

Nice, relatively quiet community. Some pet owners are lax on cleaning up after their pets and maintenance can be a little lack luster but, they’re better than other complexes I’ve known so take that for what it is. Getting them to handle pest control issues can also be a chore and often times takes several weeks of reporting before anyone gets sent out so keep that in mind as well. I do think management has improved since first arriving so things are also on the uptake.

I have been living here for 14yrs. I love the great shopping near by. Interstate 75 is easy access to get down town,and to the airport. The community is pretty and quiet. The team down in the office is amazing.

When I first moved into the apartment there was bugs in the kitchen, maintenance was super quick to get rid of them! Apartments are safe, nice and priced well

I am currently in an apartment that has alot of issues - I am looking to relocate at the end of my lease in August. Management is aware and they are working to find me a better location on the property.

Review: The Falls at Sope Creek My experience at The Falls at Sope Creek was overall good, and I would consider living here again. The staff was incredibly nice, and always made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. On top of that, they were very good at their jobs, always quickly resolving any issues that came up. The price is a little high, but the value is still very good for what you get.

Sope Creek has been home to be over the past year. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the stream provides great scenery. The office staff is also friendly

I've lived here going on 15 years. I love the area. It's close to interstate 75 you can get down town quickly. There is great shopping near.

I love this community. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet despite being next to a major road. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is lots of parking at all times of the day, the community is clean, and staff is respectful. While there are some issues I feel like one needs to understand that at this pricing you’re not getting a 5 star service. That being said for what I pay for a 1 unit it is well worth it. The only issues are upon move in there were issues that I feel should have been addressed before a new resident moves in, but these have all been resolved, at the expense of lots of time and pestering of the maintenance team. But after all these gripes have been addressed and fixed, I can honestly say I love staying here and can see myself staying for many years.

I’ve been here for about 5 months and everyone kind of keeps to themselves. Maintenance is pretty good and the apartments themselves are decent.

I moved to the front of Sal Creek and met the property manager there and the leasing manager Micheal and the assistant manager, and they are all amazing

If your search is for a place you can easily get approved for and pay decent rent price this is your place. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet.

so far so good been here for a month so far. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, laundry is not expensive very affordable. Balcony view is amazing.

I have lived at the Falls at Sope Creek for a few months, and I’m not sure what more I could ask for. First off, the neighborhood feels safe and well-maintained. The other residents I’ve encountered are all nice, and the grounds are well-lit and manicured. Secondly, the Falls at Sope Creek is pet-friendly, which is great for me because I love my canine companion. There’s even a designated dog park here where you and your pet can walk and play. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, and everything is in good working order. The management has also been friendly and communicative, and it’s clear that they really care about the property and the people who live here. Overall, I’m a very happy resident of the Falls at Sope Creek. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, you should definitely check it out.

Maintenance and office have been fine, I wish the prices were a bit better and the appliances a bit newer. Currently the cabinetry and appliances seem a bit old and cheap for the price I am paying.

It’s an alright place to live. The apartments are decent, and the location works for most needs. That said, it’s not without its faults—some things could be better maintained or managed. Overall, it gets the job done but might not stand out compared to other options.

Overall Greta place. A few minor issues with Maitenance requests being fulfilled in a timely manner and the fitness center is poor. But it is clear that the office and the property manager have been making big changes to improve in the maintenance area at least! It is definitely getting much better!

I like it. It's quiet and Good for adult couples who work early. Everybody minds there own busniess, which is nice. Very pet friends neiborhood. The staff is very attentive and polite. They try there best.

The area is spectacular, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and safe. It is an older complex and is a little outdated in some regards. But overall, no major complaints.

I have been here for almost a full year and just renewed my lease. This is such a great location and I really have not had any issues with the staff or maintenance. The price is a little higher than what I would like for what the apartment is… but it was not enough to change my mind about where to live

I've lived at The Falls at Sope Creek for a year now, and I really like it here. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like the dog park; it's a great place to take my dog for a walk.

The neighbors are wonderful and the location is prime, but the management is shoddy. Get your own pest control because their company doesn’t do anything to help if you get roaches. Gods forbid you get a leak and are on top floor. We’ve had people paint over it, replace a portion of the ceiling, or even just just spray the spot to try and get the watermark to disappear but them actually fixing the leak is like getting snow in Georgia in November (not impossible but the odds aren’t in your favor). Had our AC unit replaced and dealing with the manager was a nightmare. They will do and say anything not to fix the problem. No wonder building 10 burned down - probably outdated wiring and rat eaten insulation.

It’s been a bit of a roller coaster here. Quiet and calm for the most part with the occasional overly annoying maintenance issues. Some of that can be due to the ever revolving door of apps, webpages, and emails that keep seemingly to change every few months in order to report maintenance requests and some is just an underfunded complex with aging units…

So far I enjoy it no complaints ! Has all the necessities I need and more! Maintenance is on point and the office staff is kind and really helpful!

The apartments and community and great! The outside is beautiful and I love how quiet the community is. You will rarely, if ever, hear you neighbors.

We really like it! They definitely need more parking space and more room for dogs. The dog “park” is just a small fenced off area though. There’s nothing in it and it’s really tiny. The apartment complex is quiet, surrounded by trees, and the people have all been kind. The office staff is super responsive and they handled our maintenance issues within 48 hours both times!

Maintenance request handled in timely manner. Very friendly and courteous. Changed air filter and fluorescent light in kitchen. Very pleased with service.

The staff is extra friendly. There's one guy in the office I believe his name is Nick, amazing customer service skills. Quick, witty and a great people's person.

Great place to live! Been here since 2020. My favorite part about it is the area. We are right in the middle of anything I could need, from stores to food to car shops, you name it.

The Best apartment that I have lived in and all of the staff is amazing . A special shout to my lady Latoya she got me in my unit so quick and easy. And grounds are well kept and safe at night just 10000% amazing

Aside for the consistent dog poop, drainage, and stove issues…..The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are respectful. The apartment is outdated, and poorly maintenance, but….
