little area
let me start by saying that these homes are smoke free and are built funny. you wont know what i mean unless you see the inside. there is a small playground for the kids. laundry facilities on site. the tenant pays the utilities. decent amount of cabinet space in the kitchen. not much closet space. no air conditioners (only hookup) or central air. rooms are kinda small in my opinion. i have not had any interaction with the neighbors and there is a close by walmart. overall, i like the unit im in but im from the city so living out here dont work for me.

Currently I live by a neighbor who yells at her kids all hours, accused me of smoking pot and threatened to call cops
