Situated in Northwest Raleigh next to William B. Umstead State Park, Crabtree Valley takes its name from the popular mall located on its central east side. Covering 5,579 acres, this large park has 13 miles of multi-use trails, ideal for horseback riding and bicycling, and over 20 miles of hiking trails.

Overall The Falls Apartment complex is awesome! I order a lot from Amazon in half, the time they deliver it to the wrong apartment. They always send it to the same person and she is so kind and gracious and always brings my packages to me. I feel bad for her. I've called Amazon complaints corrected the address multiple times hope thinking maybe they just can't find it. I don't know what the solution is. I'm still working on. The USPS that delivers to my mailbox is worthless. I don't like being critical, but I won't lie.It doesn't help anybody to be dishonest about any of this. After saying what i've said, I must leave this on a more positive note I love living here. I like the people I like. The area i would recommend it to any of my friends.

Everything is great, staff are very friendly and attentive. My one and only complaint is that I wish all the facilities were available 24/7. Since residents pay to live here, it would be nice to be able to use the billiards table and movie theatre in the evenings and on weekends. The fact that these are only accessible during business hours is not very convenient. Is it possible to have a ping pong table in the clubhouse? Would be much more fun than foosball.... Thank you very much!

The community is very peaceful, the grounds are well cared for. The gym and pool areas are kept clean and operational. Parking is a little tight and limited in the area that I stay in. My actual unit feels like a home, not "apartmenty". Overall my experience has been very good.

This place have no closet and what little closet it have is shared with washing machine and drier. Landscape isn’t kept up looks horrible EXCEPT by the office which is only where it’s kept up

This place doesn’t provide closet space and the space it do provide the washing and drier takes it up . One bed room was really just a studio they put up doors to make it a one bedroom .

If you can get your foot in the door at these prices (which aren't too bad compared to the competition), you'll find a community worth the price. I wish I had the time to stick around for all the events and food trucks, myself. The maintenance team is quick acting, and sometimes eek responds with a full job the same day you called them. Because of their hard work, it's not difficult to keep the place in decent condition. They've repainted paint cracks for me, they've replaced generally unreachable lights and fixed damaged power outlets, and even fixed a malfunctioning AC same day I called. Came home that hot summer evening to a cool apartment. I wanna start leaving snacks for these people, it's that good.

Fantastic place so far, really long leases, a mistake of accidentally giving my approved studio apartment to someone else meant they gave me a one-bedroom place for the same price first lease to make up for it, and maintenance always has completed a service request before I get home the same day. Finally, people who actually care about their tenants. It's only the high prices of apartments in general right now that would make me caution anyone from jumping right into this place; but they aren't doing anything different than almost every other complex is nowadays.

So far I can say The Falls is an excellent community. This was my first time renting an apartment, and they made my first experience welcoming and comfortable. They made sure everything was up to par when I first moved in and if anything was wrong they made sure it got fixed immediately. Every once in a while they will check up on me to make sure I am ok and if I need anything. I’m giving this community 100/10!

I loved The Falls from the day I came in for a tour. Chase assisted me and was able to go over all the details about the leasing and apartment unit. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He also was very patient during my application process. I had to call and email him a couple of times with questions and he was very quick to answer. On my move in day I was well received by a lady that I unfortunately don't remember her name. She explained everything I needed to know about the apartment and answered to all my questions. The complex has a nice gym, which I was able to use a couple of times within my first week living here. It's small but convenient. The pool looks very nice, too. My building is quiet, which I love. My apartment is small and cozy, and I'm loving everything about it.

The Falls compares quite favorably with similar properties in this area. Above average in condition of the property, above average in maintenance, well above average in administration and administration staff, and well located with merely minutes of pharmacy, supermarket, home improvement store, banks, et alia. I feel quite fortunate to have found The Falls. The search for an acceptable place to live can be very tedious and quite frustrating. Save yourself a lot of headache, and providing it's within reasonable commute to your work, get yourself an apartment had The Falls, you wont be sorry.
