Property Ratings at The Falls
Being right on the Brandywine is amazing! The apartment’s touches are top flight, from the beautifully appointed kitchen to the railings on the terrace overlooking the Brandywine. We look forward to adding a Golden Retriever to our family, as the area abounds with trails through the awesomely green woods. On the exterior, the stonework is lovely, the units tastefully finished in black metal. Brickwork by the elevators and in the lobby is superb. The sun shining through the leaves and into the apartment is awesome. Our experience with the staff has been excellent - Ashley’s enthusiasm is infectious! She originally gave my son a great tour of the property, which he filmed in a video that he e-mailed to us in L.A. We signed up online on the strength of that, and have been very pleased since. We can thoroughly recommend this place!
