Me and me spouse love these apartments. The office staff and maintenance techs are AWESOME!!
My husband and I have been apartment hunting for a while now and what sold us on your place was not only the beautiful apartment and property grounds, but the young lady Brittany in the office who gave us the tour was so friendly and intelligent! She answered all our questions and was very sweet and patient with us. We've taken several tours at various places and no one made us Feel as welcomed or as informed about everything and our options, as she did. Again, this place is fantastic and the staff are outstanding!!

This complex and the maintenance team/office has been very good to me since I’ve moved here. They always answer the phones with a polite tone and always handle any situations I have with my apartment, great community as well!!
The apartments look nice, but that's where it all stops. Issues with neighbors smoking weed in the building, no parking, cracks in the walls, rain water coming through the bathroom walls, terrible sound insulation, rodent issues... that's what you'll get at The Farm. I suppose they really do mean you'll be living on a farm. Apartments are severely overpriced for the level of service and peace you get. They recently jacked up a ton of people's rent by 35-40% and have let anybody and everybody move in. Most neighbors are quiet, but the problem ones aren't dealt with. Unless the issue is the office's problem, they won't even call you back. Once you sign the lease, you're old news to them. Don't move here. Unless you like living on a farm.
The local management team at the farm is great. But the over all management of the CMC company is terrible. they are opportunistic. taking advantage of the residents. last year we had a $15 rent increase. This year we had a $350 increase. disgusting. taking advantage of people in these times. DONT MOVE HERE!
After my sister and I sold our home due to too many steps, we looked at the Farm Apts and never looked any farther. Love the split floor plan and lots of storage. The washer and dryer in the unit us a big plus also. Mary and Cameo, the office ladies are so pleasant and helpful. They go above and beyond to answer any questions and the maintenance guys are great also. A wonderful place to live.
The apartment layout is very good. We have a two bedroom two bath unit with 3 walk-in closets (which are very much needed). For the most part we don't hear our neighbors...only a little walking above us and that's all. Everyone is very kind. The thing that would help is keeping the hallways (rugs) cleaner and having handrails in the front of each building (the sidewalk has sunk over time which make the step higher) , and handrails could be placed without interfering with the ability of the movers taking furniture in and out.
I had a decent time at the Farm. Not much to complain about except for the people who smoked in the apt beneath mine. I could smell it coming up in the bathroom and I could smell other people cooking in my kitchen. Once you put in your notice of not renewing your contract its renter beware. The women at the front desk of The farm are not the NICE people that they present to the new-comers. not nice at all to deal with on your way out. Document everything and take pictures before you leave and everything is packed.
I lived here for 8 years and was a nice place to be. My problem were the absurd rules rules rules. For instance if you have a work vehicle with any type of writing on it it is not allowed on property. I had to park up at Remke and walk to and from my car every day for 6 years! Also anyone who is living in apartment needs to be on the lease! So if you have boyfriend or girlfriend move in with bad credit they will not allow them to stay and will hassle you every year about not renewing lease! We would constantly be harassed regarding dog hair in common area because we had a husky. Then on top of following all the rules and walking on pins and needles for 8 years I finally bought a house and moved out. Now that I broke the lease after giving them 60 days notice they are keeping security deposite, pet deposits, want me to pay while not leasing apartment while they upgrade the apartment since it was occupied for 8 years! And want me to pay the remainder of the lease! This has been a nightmare and afraid of them putting lein on my new home! They have the best price for the room and the amenities in the area but it's not worth it! Stay away!!
You get a 2 bedroom 2 bath room apartment for around 810 dollars a month, which is pretty nice. The apartments themselves are a little outdated but not terrible. Mostly just the kitchen appliances, which tend to break a lot, but maintenance is always quick to come fix it. The walls are kinda thin and we can always here the neighbors dogs barking and people stomping up the steps to the third floor, which can be a little frustrating at night when your bedroom walls shake. This is only a problem for the front apartments though. The pools are really nice and always look pretty clean, but a lot of people who don't even live in the apartments will come swim because there is no key card or anything to get into the pool area. Theres a lot of families that live there so also a lot of kids running around. Overall it's a nice place to live for the price., however rent does go up almost every year. Close to a lot of food/ shopping and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Also close to the highway for a easy commute downtown.
The apartments at the Farm are Beautiful and spacious. The only issue is they are a horribly strict apartment complex and some of the people who live here are not very accepting or nice. The apartments itself are great washer, Dryer hook up. They have a really great tub in the master bath. The price is okay a little high for what you get but manageable. Its a nice place to live but not if you have children.
I have lived in these apartments for 2 years and have no complaints. They are really well kept and anytime I have a problem the maintance men are right on it with in a few hours. The neighbors are all really friendly also and I never have any problems with noise. I would definitely recommend this place!
