Property Ratings at The Farmstead
I live here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! The pool is beautiful and is a spot to make new friends that live around you! There is a small gym that works perfect for me to get a jog in or even to do some yoga on there mats! The apartment itself is so cozy, mine is the one bed/one bath and it’s perfect for me, my dog, my cat, and my boyfriend… it’s so spacious for what it is and even comes with a washer and dryer! Did I also mention the walk-in closet?!? That’s what sold me… my friends and family are pretty jealous… I don’t think you could beat living anywhere else!!

The parking here is limited to one parking space an apartment. Or two if they are on the s lease. Your guest have 12 spots for the entire apartment complex. If you are parked here without an apartment permit than you will get a boot and have to pay $100 for the removal. It’s been two weeks since I lived here and have had to pay $300 on top of rent because of this
I love living here! The management genuinely cares about the residents. They do a great job at keeping our community safe and enjoyable. We are proud to live here!
If you have family or friends, there is about 10 visitor parking spots, that are always full!! If they park elsewhere they will be booted and not show up to remove it in a timely matter! Then when they decide to they charge your family or friend $95. The maintenance also comes in when asked to wait and then let's your dog out to run the parking lot!
Parking already at max capacity when I moved in parking was okay and available as it maxed out they started limiting to passes because there wasn't enough. The solution make half the available parking "covered" parking so they can milk more money out of you.
No visitor parking have to park off site or get booted with no warning, even guest just visiting for the day. There are 10 visitor parking spots for a large community. Called management and said everyone else is having the same problem and to pretty much F off. They hand fines out like candy highly do not recommend.
The Farmstead met all of my needs for a short term apartment. The staff was alway super nice and helpful. The attached garage was super convenient and worth the money. Best part was the pool. It had nice shaded areas and was very kid friendly. We really enjoyed it.

I absolutely love living in The Farmstead. Of all the apartments I have ever been in it has by far the best laid-out floorplans and the quality of construction is second to none. When you are in the apartment you don't feel like you're in an apartment, you feel like you are in a home, and the rent compared to many other comparable complexes is really reasonable. I also love the attached garage with my ground floor unit, and Kenna the community manager, and her staff go out of their way to resolve any issue you might have immediately. If you are looking for a great place in Nampa to live take a look at The Farmstead.

This is by far, the nicest apartment complex. We have lived in previous apartments, and this is by far the nicest we’ve ever lived in. The apartment itself is beautiful! Spacious, laid out well, huge windows, an attached garage, a ceiling fan, and beautiful farmhouse style wall details. I’ve had a person delivering a package comment on how beautiful the apartment is! Also, the girls who work in the front office are awesome. They made the leasing process simple and easy, they are friendly, and they are so quick to respond to any questions I have anytime. They are so helpful, and it has made living here so enjoyable!

This is the nicest apartment complex in Nampa. Everything is great and brand new. The on-site property management team is second to none. They are super friendly and helpful. The entire complex is clean and well maintained. Shopping, Hospital, restaurants are all very close and easily accessible.

These brand new apartments are a great place! Not just because of the granite countertops, large rooms, or attached garage, I mean those are all wonderful things, but there is so much more! Kenna in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us! The couple issues we had were resolved very quickly! All the neighbors are nice making for a great community to live in! The apartments being pet friendly was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this as our new home!

This is by far the nicest and newest place we have ever lived. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming.
