A fully furnished dream condo on the top floor for a renting professional/couple/family with a view of DC from the living room sofa. Wonderful neighbors and neighborhood with grocery store, dry cleaners, and park on the same street. Access to U Street Metro Station (Green/Yellow Lines) and 14th & 16th St. Buss Lines. LIVING ROOM includes 60" 3D HDTV with playstation and surround sound, sofa, chaise, chair and ottoman, hightop table with 5 barstools, electric fireplace; BEDROOM includes queen size bed, two dressers (one with mirror), nightstand, hook-up for an additional TV; KITCHEN includes dish ware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, natural gas stove-top and oven, coffee maker, extensive cabinet space; BATHROOM includes towels and washer/dryer unit; THREE CLOSETS including one walk-in. GARAGE PARKING assigned, secure, indoor spot under the building; LEASE for $2,850 - includes all utilities except telephone, internet, and cable. Building is badge access with a 24hr surveillance system and an on-duty concierge from 10 AM to 8 PM, who accepts packages and generally monitors the building. Building also has the BEST ROOF DECK in DC, a courtyard with four gas grills, club room, and guest parking. Unit is on the 4th floor of a 4 story building. Immediate access to Meridian Hill park, a corner grocery store (Streets Market), and dry cleaners.
