I think the apartments are quite nice. Management is knowledgeable and helpful. I like that there aren’t hidden fees and that all that needs to be paid for is electricity. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this place deserves it.
I wanted to leave more than one star. I really, really did. The apartment is massive and roomy. The front office staff was nice initially, the maintenance personnel have been nice, and I expected to be happy here. Unfortunately, the charismatic Andy up front disappointed when actual issues with the apartment arose. My electricity bills have been INSANE. I’m talking $200+/month when my thermostat has been set at a modest 68 during the day and 66 at night. My apartment even faces the south in the winter for added sunlight. I have paid more in electricity the last 3 months here than I have in an entire year at any other complex I’ve lived in. When maintenance requests were submitted and e-mails exchanged and I finally had a chance to speak to the regional (Whitney) about it, she was condescending, disrespectful, and certainly not treated as a customer/tenant looking for an adequate solution to the problem. I am on the 3rd floor, with adequate sunlight - things that should be helping their case. Yet the unit is bleeding energy and the complex refuses to make the situation right. Severely, severely disappointed in how they chose to handle this matter. I will not say “don’t move here”. You can make your own decisions. But be mindful and listen to the reviews. This is my first time writing a poor review and I’m saddened I needed to. I hope this helps make your decision clearer.
Kacey Tollefson- The apartments are really nice but the management team was lacking and difficult to get a hold of when we first moved in. The amenities are nice but get closed/break often, although it has been getting better.
We love living here at The Fields of Timpanogos. The leasing office staff is amazing. It's quiet and peaceful. We love our apartments and neighbors. Everyone is so nice!
Un año atrás vivía aquí me mudé para un lugar más económico según yo pero al mes me subieron la renta me arrepentí de mudarme y ahora estoy nuevamente de regreso y a mí mismo apartamento casualidad? El Personal cambió desde la última vez que viví aquí, pero los actuales Mindi y Cassey muy amables contestan rápido los email y el proceso fue súper rápido ya de nuevo en mi Apt y con los mismos vecinos.. mi opinión cuando encuentras algo bueno para que cambiarlo .aqui me quedo .. muy feliz de regresar
Vivo alcualmente en uno de los apartamentos y por el momento han dado un buen servicio, me responden rapido cuando solicito ayuda o cuando se descompone algo en el departamento
This apartment has great location, close to freeway, within walking distance to many great restaurants and not far from grocery stores. It is very quiet and has a great pool and clubhouse. The mgmnt is very responsive. Oh, the view of the mountains is impressive.
A week before we were supposed to move our, we got a call from the office to see if we could move out of our garage sooner because there’s someone who’s wanting to move in. We said we could do a few days earlier and told them when we’d move out. When we went to move out the rest of our garage, we noticed there was stuff in there that wasn’t ours. After moving out I asked the office lady about it and she told me that there was some confusion and they thought we had already moved out so they gave the garage to someone else and moved our stuff out of our garage that we were paying additional rent for into their storage unit and then called us to pick up our stuff but then saw we were still living there so asked if we could move out soon and just moved everything back in. They did not inform us that they had moved our stuff or given someone else access to it. To compensate for this we got $12... which was the difference in rent because we moved out early.
