"The apartment building is well-maintained, with modern amenities and clean common areas. The management is responsive and professional, addressing any concerns promptly. Great community at the Fillmore Center! Neighborhood does have its areas of growth but in terms of the Fillmore Center, the maintenance staff is amazing!

I had expected it to be a better experience renting here. I’m not happy with the professional level of the people that work with the property management. My lease was already broken because I am dealing with a cockroach infestation issue in the whole building that I live in the employees give the maintenance people permission to enter my unit without my consent while I was here in the shower. And I am just a little bit late on my rent for the first time and they don’t give me any understanding and I get a notice of being threatened to get evicted. I will never be renting from a place like this again. It was a mistake, especially when I am surrounded in an area that is not safe technically, the projects in a cockroach infested building and I pay 2600 a month for rent is outrageous
I like our apt but not the bldg. In our 2nd year and things are better cuz we don't have to deal with bldg mgmt often. I lived in 2 Greystar properties in '16-'18 in ATX and had bad exps. They were often understaffed/unable to attend to issues so was prepared for rocky roads when I signed my lease. They gave us 5mo free of Fetch but we paid the fee each month till our 5th/6th, then it came back the next month and then the ledger showed that we had not paid it 5x which made me scream in frustration; I had spent so much time dealing with it and all for $105. Last year they posted a timeline of of lobby updates, saying it would take ~2 mo and it lasted just under a year. The workers worked 2-3 days/wk, so no wonder. When I first asked about the unacceptable bike parking in my bldg, the staff didn't know to tell me that there was very secure bike parking in the bldg across the street from me, which I found out about a year into my lease. What a waste. I guess this is capitalism.
Just happy and having a place to relax. Good service to fix things. Elevators floor need to be clean daily. Other then that I'm happy being able to find a place to lay my head.

Depending on what building you live in, the Fillmore Center can be really great. Any building in the S and T units are great, redone, and generally have few problems in-unit. The elevators are not always reliable, but they get fixed fairly quickly when things go wrong.

They have a great maintenance team and security team. The property has issues but is still great and we love the neighborhood. But, they have the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Mean horrible human being.

It’s nice. Pretty quiet. I love the view from my apartment. Everyone is pretty nice and welcoming. The building and people feel safe. However I feel like the front desk does not communicate on time.

The stars are for the location. The location is good for anyone who in downtown however it is difficult to reach to staffs, no one will answer the call.

Layout of the apartment is a bit odd. Really don’t like the bathrooms. 2br/2ba, both bathroom are inside the rooms. I don’t like the idea of guests going inside the rooms to use the bathroom. Also, the bathroom sinks are just open. The toilet and shower have privacy door but very cramped space. The design is very poor. I just moved and I found cockroaches on my first week in and I live on the higher floor.

Not good. I have been ignored by Management since August 27th via email. It is wild that I have not gotten any sort of communication to my concerns that I have expressed. This place is not all its cracked up to be.

Maintenance and renovations made are great but there is so much trash smell on the floors, the elevators are dirty and rampant intrusion of homeless people easily into building is a major threat to the security of the residents There has to be 24*7 security at every building door to mitigate that and hence improve overall resident experience

I moved into the Fillmore center 6mo ago and the apartment has already been though a roof leak, broken appliances and a cockroach infestation. But the resident services staff are wonderful and quick to respond to maintenance issues. 3.5/5

We don’t have cold water but other than that it’s good. The floors are in good shape and there are plenty of windows to let in natural light.

The transportation is terrific. It’s convenient to take buses to everywhere. The environment of the community is great. The only problem is it’s a bit of noise at night because my apartment faces the street.

I moved in last Friday and everyone has been so helpful. From the lovely leasing team to their Resident Services team, it’s always a pleasure to check in with them! So far the community has been very welcoming, our neighbor across from us has been really nice and helpful since our move in.

Questions and concerns are a hassle to get addressed. The leasing office and resident services center never answer emails or postal messages. The apartment itself and the community areas are beautiful, though.

Pretty good apartment building - maintenance comes fast and is very experienced. Wish there were more than two elevators to the T1 building.

I like staying here. I just wish the gardeners would improve on the plant and grass area. As well the maintenance crew never comes to the 1420 Eddy area and clean.

I love my new place . And the view from my place . It’s nice an quiet and spacious. . Just hope I can get rid of the pest situation. Don’t me being so close to the garbage shoot. But other than that I’m so happy with the hard wood floors . And the big bathroom.

I really like to thank one of the janitor, Latrice who keeps the building clean and maintained. She really takes good care of everything. And have a friendly and courtesy manner. We need more of those workers. And one maintenance worker took care of a request right away. I also appreciate the security staff to keep the buildings safe.

A bit dirty, a bit loud, building is not as nice as it used to be. Staff is lovely and responsive though. I am grateful for that. Thank you!
I have lived here for 4 years and it seems to be getting worse. Random people sneaking into the building, laundry stolen twice (not resolved), etc. You call patrol and it goes to voicemail when there is a stranger on your front door. I really used to love this place.

So far so good. It’s a little dirty upon move in because it has been vacant for so long. Some draining issues and no window mesh screen. Near busy streets but honestly can’t hear them most of the time

Good location. Very well connected. Maintenance request are promptly addressed. Trash room can improve - it does not have bins many times, also compost and recycle is not done appropriately.

The Fillmore Center has studio apartments that are large and enable me to have areas for office type work or studying, a dining area, living room area, sleep area as well as a large closet, bathroom and a very nice kitchen. It has excellent transportation, nearby grocery stores, library, pharmacy, lots of shopping and restaurants, schools plus other useful businesses. The building is quiet and don’t I hear the neighbors. The repair services are excellent and the building is kept clean. I highly recommend the Fillmore Center.

Though a few people are helpful, the residents service team has high turnover, is often rude and in dire need of better training. My anxiety spikes whenever there is a need to interact with them. Maintenance team is efficient and responsive. Pests seem to be a more of an issue lately, so I hope that gets resolved soon.

Nothing but pleasant things, I absolutely love my new apartment and can't say enough good things about the facility and amenities !!!! Everyone is friendly and I love the security knowing I am safe and don't have to worry about stepping on poop or a broken elevator everything works it's absolutely great living here

Things are great here ,I enjoy my unit ,the tenants seem to be friendly and my floor always smells nice and fresh .I love my view can see lots of different areas as I continuously look and when it’s sunny the weather is great for taking long walks around feeling safe

Can be slow on fixing things (for example, call box and elevators not working). Wish we had a larger discount with Fitness SF. Wish we had a ping pong table. Nice area.

Overall a good community. Grocery stores are walking distance. There are some issues with resident services staff who do not take any actions even after repeated complaints specifically regarding neighbors.
