Staff is great just a couple of things I have asked about and have gotten no answers back with but other then that no complaints. Things I have issue with is a work order I put in a few time of something that staff did to my apartment that needs to be fixed and they ignored the request and the other had to do with my lease and no response when asked about it

First of all, the location is really good and everything you need is nearby, which is really great. In particular, the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thankful at this time wish we still had Safeway across the street. The unit are very cold when the weather back it would be nice if there was a better way to keep the unit wram .

Good size unit. Great location. cement ceilings and flooring are a . You may have to purchase a dehumidifier, depending on what building you choose to reside in. The ventilation in the bathroom is not the best and other people smells come through to your house.

Greystar is essentially stupid they own multiple properties across the bay but you can’t possibly get in touch to get a transfer. Moronic! Speaking of the community: a) my parcels get stolen b) the second floor (laundry room) literally smells like a farm (manure) c) dogs have accidents on a regular basis in the elevator which people refuse to clean (very hygienic) d) lets not forget the elevator full of meth high folks going to the 5th floor e) my utilities include gas……..nothing is gas operated in the apartment not the stoves not the heater f) atleast one homeless person outside the building

Neighborhood is very unsafe. Exterior lighting is inadequate for this neighborhood (I live in the T1 building). The new lobby door of T1 is too small and slow -- very bad choice to replace the old sliding door.

Nice, mostly quiet, pet friendly. The actual leasing experience is a bit chaotic, but the property is nice. Engineering staff is super responsive. Security is friendly and helpful.

The resident staff very attentive to my needs, the only other issues is being charged for garage space for an entire month when I was not able to use it properly and ended up parking on the street. Had to go into the office on 7 separate occasions to get my fob fixed and I just don’t have time for that. When I went to cancel my space I was told that I would be credited and not have to pay for the cancellation notice. And ended up paying. The garage has been a terrible experience overall. Would really like my months space rent credited back to me as I was told I would. Other than that I have enjoyed my time at Fillmore center

The apartment is wonderful, and I enjoy the updated/new features. But there have been a multitude of problems we have run into. While they are addressed, it is often not in a timely manner. Management could do better in responding quickly and being more considerate/accommodating of their residents.

Everything is good except the neighborhood as sometimes homeless people walk in the lobby. Maintenance service is prompt and efficient. Building access callbox can be upgraded.

The apartment community seems well put together. I enjoy all the businesses, stores and restaurants in close vicinity. Public transportation is easily accessible and the parking garage is a big plus

Good location n reasonable pricing. If the unit is modernized then it’s a very good unit. Resident services are not helpful, better to wait until they close for the day n call security for timely resolution of maintenance activities

I am beyond happy in my new unit. The leasing staff have been amazing and so helpful. The amenities awesome to say the least. Hands down Fillmore Center is the best of the best when it comes too luxury apartments in San Francisco. I can finally comfortable and secure in a spacious unit with more than I was hoping for. Not to mention the 4 Dog Parks , plus the waterfalls! Especially at nite time , the light show is gorgeous.

I really like the new landscape for the garden it looks great in the F3 area. Wish the Fillmore center would have put some small fencing around the new area to keep it that way. Would hate to see it deteriorate from the dogs again. There’s keep off the area signs but how many are going to obey the rules?

Fillmore center is very beautiful building I live here for more 14 years with my family and I will love to stay for many years more. Is close to 22,38, 5 and 31 bus stops, close to beautiful parks, schools and libraries. I recommend to any one who are looking for family place to live.

The T3 building is looking run down. The lobby area is always dirty. There are a lot of delivery motor bikes lined up every night in front of the building and taking up parking spaces. I believe it’s coming from one apartment. Also I seen roaches in the laundry room. Has this building been exterminated.

Rich was every helpful with my move in. He made sure I had everything I needed ready for move in day. Also he had maintenance team come to my unit to fix a couple of corrections the next day.

The community is ok as a whole, but i dont think the management actually looks at the work orders put in. At least from my unit. I put in a work order for my sink months ago. Then when i went to check on it. it showed that it had been canceled. I never canceled it. now my microwave is out and im hesitant to put in another work order and it not be honored.

I had expected it to be a better experience renting here. I’m not happy with the professional level of the people that work with the property management. My lease was already broken because I am dealing with a cockroach infestation issue in the whole building that I live in the employees give the maintenance people permission to enter my unit without my consent while I was here in the shower. And I am just a little bit late on my rent for the first time and they don’t give me any understanding and I get a notice of being threatened to get evicted. I will never be renting from a place like this again. It was a mistake, especially when I am surrounded in an area that is not safe technically, the projects in a cockroach infested building and I pay 2600 a month for rent is outrageous

I like our apt but not the bldg. In our 2nd year and things are better cuz we don't have to deal with bldg mgmt often. I lived in 2 Greystar properties in '16-'18 in ATX and had bad exps. They were often understaffed/unable to attend to issues so was prepared for rocky roads when I signed my lease. They gave us 5mo free of Fetch but we paid the fee each month till our 5th/6th, then it came back the next month and then the ledger showed that we had not paid it 5x which made me scream in frustration; I had spent so much time dealing with it and all for $105. Last year they posted a timeline of of lobby updates, saying it would take ~2 mo and it lasted just under a year. The workers worked 2-3 days/wk, so no wonder. When I first asked about the unacceptable bike parking in my bldg, the staff didn't know to tell me that there was very secure bike parking in the bldg across the street from me, which I found out about a year into my lease. What a waste. I guess this is capitalism.

Just happy and having a place to relax. Good service to fix things. Elevators floor need to be clean daily. Other then that I'm happy being able to find a place to lay my head.

Depending on what building you live in, the Fillmore Center can be really great. Any building in the S and T units are great, redone, and generally have few problems in-unit. The elevators are not always reliable, but they get fixed fairly quickly when things go wrong.
