I am beyond happy in my new unit. The leasing staff have been amazing and so helpful. The amenities awesome to say the least. Hands down Fillmore Center is the best of the best when it comes too luxury apartments in San Francisco. I can finally comfortable and secure in a spacious unit with more than I was hoping for. Not to mention the 4 Dog Parks , plus the waterfalls! Especially at nite time , the light show is gorgeous.

I really like the new landscape for the garden it looks great in the F3 area. Wish the Fillmore center would have put some small fencing around the new area to keep it that way. Would hate to see it deteriorate from the dogs again. There’s keep off the area signs but how many are going to obey the rules?

Fillmore center is very beautiful building I live here for more 14 years with my family and I will love to stay for many years more. Is close to 22,38, 5 and 31 bus stops, close to beautiful parks, schools and libraries. I recommend to any one who are looking for family place to live.

The T3 building is looking run down. The lobby area is always dirty. There are a lot of delivery motor bikes lined up every night in front of the building and taking up parking spaces. I believe it’s coming from one apartment. Also I seen roaches in the laundry room. Has this building been exterminated.

The community is ok as a whole, but i dont think the management actually looks at the work orders put in. At least from my unit. I put in a work order for my sink months ago. Then when i went to check on it. it showed that it had been canceled. I never canceled it. now my microwave is out and im hesitant to put in another work order and it not be honored.

I had expected it to be a better experience renting here. I’m not happy with the professional level of the people that work with the property management. My lease was already broken because I am dealing with a cockroach infestation issue in the whole building that I live in the employees give the maintenance people permission to enter my unit without my consent while I was here in the shower. And I am just a little bit late on my rent for the first time and they don’t give me any understanding and I get a notice of being threatened to get evicted. I will never be renting from a place like this again. It was a mistake, especially when I am surrounded in an area that is not safe technically, the projects in a cockroach infested building and I pay 2600 a month for rent is outrageous

I like our apt but not the bldg. In our 2nd year and things are better cuz we don't have to deal with bldg mgmt often. I lived in 2 Greystar properties in '16-'18 in ATX and had bad exps. They were often understaffed/unable to attend to issues so was prepared for rocky roads when I signed my lease. They gave us 5mo free of Fetch but we paid the fee each month till our 5th/6th, then it came back the next month and then the ledger showed that we had not paid it 5x which made me scream in frustration; I had spent so much time dealing with it and all for $105. Last year they posted a timeline of of lobby updates, saying it would take ~2 mo and it lasted just under a year. The workers worked 2-3 days/wk, so no wonder. When I first asked about the unacceptable bike parking in my bldg, the staff didn't know to tell me that there was very secure bike parking in the bldg across the street from me, which I found out about a year into my lease. What a waste. I guess this is capitalism.

Depending on what building you live in, the Fillmore Center can be really great. Any building in the S and T units are great, redone, and generally have few problems in-unit. The elevators are not always reliable, but they get fixed fairly quickly when things go wrong.

It’s nice. Pretty quiet. I love the view from my apartment. Everyone is pretty nice and welcoming. The building and people feel safe. However I feel like the front desk does not communicate on time.

Layout of the apartment is a bit odd. Really don’t like the bathrooms. 2br/2ba, both bathroom are inside the rooms. I don’t like the idea of guests going inside the rooms to use the bathroom. Also, the bathroom sinks are just open. The toilet and shower have privacy door but very cramped space. The design is very poor. I just moved and I found cockroaches on my first week in and I live on the higher floor.

Maintenance and renovations made are great but there is so much trash smell on the floors, the elevators are dirty and rampant intrusion of homeless people easily into building is a major threat to the security of the residents There has to be 24*7 security at every building door to mitigate that and hence improve overall resident experience

I moved into the Fillmore center 6mo ago and the apartment has already been though a roof leak, broken appliances and a cockroach infestation. But the resident services staff are wonderful and quick to respond to maintenance issues. 3.5/5

The transportation is terrific. It’s convenient to take buses to everywhere. The environment of the community is great. The only problem is it’s a bit of noise at night because my apartment faces the street.

Questions and concerns are a hassle to get addressed. The leasing office and resident services center never answer emails or postal messages. The apartment itself and the community areas are beautiful, though.

I really like to thank one of the janitor, Latrice who keeps the building clean and maintained. She really takes good care of everything. And have a friendly and courtesy manner. We need more of those workers. And one maintenance worker took care of a request right away. I also appreciate the security staff to keep the buildings safe.

I have lived here for 4 years and it seems to be getting worse. Random people sneaking into the building, laundry stolen twice (not resolved), etc. You call patrol and it goes to voicemail when there is a stranger on your front door. I really used to love this place.
