Great place so far , we will see as more people move in if it changes. As all people dont seem to listen to all the guide lines that Apartment complex put in place
Well kept. I have no issues at all. My apt is great. I love it here. I do wish there was a car center. The staff is great. I would like to rent a garage but, can't afford the monthly fee. No biggie though. Can't wait for the pool to open. I practically live there. I will probably renew my lease.

ME and my Partner have been here for 3 months now, and the stay has been Very enjoyable for us, No sleepless nights due to loud neighbors, no crazy animals or pets running around off of leashing. It is very secure and has a lot of amenities around the complex, like nice grocery stores, beautiful parks, and nice restaurants to dine on a nice evening. I recommend the finch!

Trash doesnt alwayd get picked up but other than that its been good the staff is helpful and always respond to calls first thing on mondays.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Finch at Braselton. The management team is always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff keeps everything in excellent condition. The amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are well-maintained and add a lot of convenience and enjoyment to my daily routine. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is super cool and it has high quality appliances/amenities. Also, the location is not congested like a lot of Atlanta suburbs.

The area is nice, the complex is kept consistently clean, any repairs needed in our unit was taken care of asap. It’s relatively quiet for the most part and I love that the most.

The community is great! The location is fantastic! However, the apartment came with a great deal of issues. Some issues range from mildew issues, sink without hot water, etc.

So clean and everyone is so friendly! If I have had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours which is amazing. They have so many events to allow you to get to meet your neighbors and have something to do.

Super quiet and peaceful. I go out on nightly walks and often see people walk their dogs too. The lights are always on so it is nice to go. I also love the fact that the office and maintenance staff is quick to reply. I had an issue with ants and they came out to assist and patched the hole the ants were coming from.

Just moved in and the customer service has been wonderful. It is a beautiful community, and it is a great place for a dog to live. Plus, the community is smoke-free. Another amenity is the valet service for trash pick-up from your front door, five days a week.

I have lived here for over a year and have no intentions of leaving!! The community is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. It's extremely dog friendly and everyone enjoys and respects everyone else's animals! Kids can run in the green spaces and play and swim. I have always felt safe and secure here and have always enjoyed my neighbors. The Finch had been an overall positive experience in my life when I truly needed it and I'm thankful to continue to call it Home.

The staff has been responsive and helpful, addressing maintenance requests promptly and ensuring a welcoming experience for residents. My apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern appliances and ample storage. However, I’ve noticed occasional noise from neighboring units, which can be disruptive at times. Additionally, parking can be a challenge during peak hours.

Very nice complex in a great location. The staff is excellent. The common facilities are well maintained. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the nights are given how close you are to anything you would need. It's just far enough off the major routes to be both quiet and convenient. I am new here, but it has been great so far.

Finch is great when it wants to be. Hallways are still filled with critters and webs, even after told they would be power washed. Neighbors leaving exposed trash in the hallways days and weeks at a time just not a pleasant site.

Been great! No issues. Love the pool being open all year. Love my apt. I have a problem with the gates sometimes. But, no biggie. Parking is a pain sometimes. But, again no biggie.

Love living here! It feels so safe and everyone is so friendly. Everything is super clean and comfortable as well. The pool, gym and clubhouse are well maintained and enjoyable to be at.
