Me encanta el lugar, es muy tranquilo. Los apartamentos tienen buen mantenimiento y el personal es muy amable. Además de que están muy bien localizados.

Gracias por the Finley son una gran comunidad y me recibieron muy bien tienen un excelente personal muy amables te ayudan con el ingles y creo que es muy importante la bienvenida a uno como nuevo inquilino muchas gracias Dios los bendiga siempre

I've lived at The Finley for 2 years and I've had a pretty good experience. The maintenance is incredible! If I put a work order in at 10:00 a.m. it's normally done by 3:00 p.m. and to let me know that they've been in the apartment they'll leave a light on. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet, not a lot goes on in the area.

I’ve really enjoyed living here at this apartment community. Anytime I’ve needed anything, management has been quick to address it, which I really appreciate. So far, the experience has been great. Hopefully, the new neighbors keep the noise level down, but overall, it’s been a positive stay

i literally have yo contact them 1000 times for a new washer at one point they gave me a used washer that was open in the front . then kids car hop in the community. my LV bag was stolen out my car and they say they dont have any cameras or couldnt show me anything .

I do so far love living here! contrary to belief it is pretty quiet. Having a gated community is nice too. The price is also pretty reasonable!

The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and calm. The staff is amazing and help through the moving process from start to finish. Maintenance have rapid response time. Only problem is valet trash do not come on time and try to charge extra fees.

Good environment and excellent staff this community is quite and very well maintained. Good place for the kids and the neighbors are very friendly

I love living here, just wish some neighbors were more considerate regarding noise and keeping our community clean. However, the front staff and maintenance is great.

The house is good and has enough space that suits me. It was clean when I came in. What I needed to do was just arrange my furniture and relax. I am happy to be at the Finely.

It’s been a good experience thus far, no complaints. Maintenance is good and quick with any issues that may be had within the apartment. Noise levels vary day to day but not bad either

I love the community!! Quiet and friendly. I love how they continue to try to maintain the upkeep of the complex. I have not had any major issues and would recommend the community to anyone who asks.

I love it here. The leasing office is great and the neighbors are nice. It is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this neighborhood to my friends.

Very friendly leasing office staff. The community is nice and quiet and there’s a small park on the property for children. There’s also a pool, gym and valet trash. My only complaint is the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment that won’t come out

Living here is great . It’s peaceful and quiet . My only concern is the parking. It’s never anywhere to park for the people who actually live here

I enjoy living here at Finley Apartments, the apartment staff are Amazing, very caring, straight forward about the security and safety of residents. Maintenance is top notch great, smart, and get the job done quickly! Everything about Finley Community are wonderful, and amazing!!!

Wonderful process from start to finish. This was the smoothest I’ve ever had with moving into an apartment. Front office was wonderful apartment was ready and all good to go on move in day

Prices are high just wish it would accommodate wit the recession. I’ve been here for years and prices just keep rising. If not at least more amenities.

I am loving this Nice, quiet neighborhood, Beautiful veiw, rewards are a bonus, and the staff members are awesome! Mantinence can't be left out. My Mantinence request was completed I'm 2 days with an email to ensure I was satisfied.

The appartement is very nice and closed to the office and the gate but the only issue is to transport things upstairs on stairs it is the hard part.

The staff made my move in process very easy, everything was explained in detail. I would recommend anyone looking to rent come to the Finley. I love it here, all the accommodations I wanted.

I really enjoy living at The Finley. The maintenance is amazing and the management team is very attentive to all of my needs. The apartment complex is also very quiet at night which is something that I enjoy.

My experience was a good one. I am excited about my new home. My leasing consultant was very helpful as well as patient she took time and help me with my application.

This place is amazing. I moved in not long ago, and everyone here seems friendly and overall keeps to themselves. The pool is wonderful and clean and the apartments all have porches and balconys.

I’ve been living here going on 2 years and I can say they definitely care about upkeep, and keeping this nice and clean. The one thing I hate most is that I’m not able to enjoy the amenities because of the kids that are always around unsupervised, and loud cursing and throwing trash in the pool. When I said something about it to the office the response was “oh most of them don’t live here.” Like that make it any better.

So far so good I am enjoying staying with Finley and most importantly their security making sure the tenets are well protected and good customer service

All good no problem as of now. I like living out here and i enjoy the people. The people and staff are friendly and professionally respectful and knowledgeable

I have been out here going on 5 years. I love it out here. It’s just the neighbors who don’t take care of the neighborhood. The improvements go a long ways.

Amazing. A serene environment to live in. It has been peaceful since l moved in here. Very close to major places l love to visit most frequently. I have a walking distance church as well.

They’re trying to fix the community up. The buildings and stairs got pressured washed a few months back. Hopefully, this is a routine thing and not just a one time occurrence. The gate has been down for almost two months, hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Honestly saying this place is an upgrade would be an under statement, the staff is friendly and quick to respond, beautiful area with an amazing pond, spacious rooms that came clean.

Staff had been so helpful and accommodating. My unit was very clean and well put together when I arrived. I love that this place has valet trash because my old one didn’t.

Absolutely love our new place. There is great community events, great pool, gym, and beautiful units. I’m in love with living room and kitchen layout nice open space!

My move in process was so smooth. I moved here from Indiana. My daughter brought me to this complex and I instantly fell in love with my apartment. The Finley made my move and approval process smooth with no hassle. It was stress and headache free.

Everything was a smooth process moving into my new home everyone in the front office was so nice and understanding. As far as the area I absolutely love it the complex very quiet and clean so happy to be here .

No problems, everything is clean and nice. Staff is really nice, had a problem with my blinds and the hot back to me the next day and fixed it.

Very nice and quiet it’s very relaxing and the staff is wonderful and very respectful. And the buildings are well maintained. To be honest I love it here

The Finley is a great community, it’s dog and family friendly. I know every neighborhood has its hiccups or problems and some things are out of the property managements control, so I won’t go too much into detail but overall no complaints.

I love it here!!!! Neighbors are friendly and its rather quiet. The amenities are great! And the staff is helpful. I would recommend this community to my friends.

No business center, pool has been closed 7 out of last 12 months.....gym just opened back up it's not 24 hrs....on a positive note the office staff is wonderful

This community used to be amazing . I Felt safe and was really quiet, I even referred three residents that live there now . Whoever took over is terrible- The gate never works , We have had multiple thefts , and they are money hungry . I’ve decided not to renew my lease for September so it ends on September 21st. I called today to give them notice since I hadn’t heard from anyone like I did last time I renewed and they said because I didn’t give 60 days notice that I get fined 1100 bucks to move out. They also said they put a piece of paper on my door . I never received that paper because I only stay there 2 weeks out of the month and I’m sure one of the kids running around took it or the wind or something blew it away . I asked why that would be the case and they said “it’s in your lease contract” -which they can’t send me because their printer , email , AND fax machine is down . My lawyer wanted to come by and pick up a copy of the contract and she can’t even get that . Don’t know what happened , but this place is going down hill fast .

This has been my home for almost 2 years. As apartments go, this property has been very nice. The property is very well maintained, and nicely landscaped. It's generally pretty quiet around here, though you do hear your neighbors on occasion. On site staff are helpful and friendly, the maintenance team is usually fairly quick to respond and always with a smile on their face. As far as the apartment is concerned, I am in one of the 3 bedroom units, and it has fit our family lifestyle well, having 2 young children. Their is ample storage/closet space throughout the unit, though I have added a few shelves in the laundry room and one under the bathroom sink in the master bath. The living room and dining room are spacious, as are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. I will advise that my larger king size bedroom set does not comfortably fit the master bedroom, and the kitchen is a bit too small for my families liking, but we have worked around those issues relatively with ease. Overall, a great community, and very fairly priced for the value, don't think you could find much better in the area.
