Schedule a tour but when I get there I'm told that they don't accept first-time renters and then tell me there sister location down the street does which is $300 -$400 more then this complex. Very disappointing for someone that meets all other requirements to be rejected for a rule like this.

I moved in 6 months ago and so far I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly; the on site amenities are convenient, and they all work; and the few times I've needed maintenance they were quick and efficient. The complex is confidently located near the freeway so commutes are a breeze and there are also several shopping options within walking distance. I hope to stay for years to come.

It is not worth it. Please take the tour before signing anything! The pictures on their website are 100% NOT TRUE. Their website shows newly renovated apartments but when you get there all of the apartments look like they were build in the 60's with all original appliances. And don't even get me started on their staff. I had a real life emergency with my outlets sparking every time i plugged anything in and it took them 2 weeks to send anyone out! They told me it wasn't enough of an emergency. Then if you call enough they start ignoring your calls. I lived there for roughly 6 months and heard 4 gunshots and found drugs on the ground 5 times. When i brought this to the attention of the staff i was told the same thing every time "Oh I didn't know. Oh well" Don't do it.

Me and my boyfriend lived here for 2 years. Being young and not having a lot of options we moved here. The rent doesn’t match what we had, maintenance doesn’t take care of anything, most of the outlets didn’t work for our 2 years, water damage began, mildew and moldy cabinets and everything went unnoticed until we were moving out. Noise complaints were not taken seriously, always fighting and loud neighbors. Most places will evict you for police being called on you but they sadly only care about money and not the residence. Dont get me started on the gate , its smacked my car a few times trying to get through it, also $100 fee if you lose the gate key? when they buy from in mass from china for probably like $5. Dont depend on it to work either if you need to type in a code. I know they’re trying to make it a better place but they need to put there foot down to some of there residents. this place is just dirty. not worth it, your better to try your luck somewhere else unless you want to deal with bs for a year or more. it was ALWAYS something living here.

I found a bag of drugs in the parking lot last week. My electrical sockets have all sparked at me. There was a shooting two weeks ago. My carpet smells like it was peed on by dogs for the past 5 years. Maintenance never comes and they never call. The laundry is expensive and it adds up fast. But the parking lot is new. And their package system is nice. The brand new apartments that are pictured are not even close to the actual apartments

I love my stay here at the Finn ! Everyone is so nice and pleasant . There was one person in particular that stood out to me . The assistant property manager precious ! I don’t wanna put my business out there but .. being under eviction could be very stressful . She was there every step of the way ! I’m talking from the moment I got the notice on my door till now . I am now proud to say everything is up to date I am no longer getting evicted . It feels good to live somewhere where people actually care about you and your well being . Listen to the reviews y’all. I would not even bother trying to contact them. They NEVER answer the phone. I applied for a unit 3 weeks ago. I was sent a text message asking to upload my most recent pay stub & to give them a call. Soon after I tried calling, no answer. I tried calling a minimum of 10 times & left 2 voicemails. I emailed multiple times. So after 2 weeks of hearing nothing back, I finally went to the office hopefully getting an answer on the status of my application. Either I’m approved or not. Someone finally came to the door. I told her my issue. She gave me the lady’s card who was in charge of my application. I asked were their phones working, she said yes. I emailed and called, still nothing. Eventually I called the bank to see if I can get the charges reversed so that I can get my admin refunded. I understand you all are short of staff, but NEVER responding back to an applicant regarding their status is extremely unprofessional! I can’t imagine if there’s a real problem and residents are trying to contact them. Dodged that bullet.

Don't let their nice personalities fool you. Everyone who works here is always nice, but it does not make up for all of the shortcomings. If you ever want to talk to them, the only way is to visit the office it seems. I have never had them answer the phone when I've called and have rarely gotten a response to a voicemail I've left. When we moved in and did our inspection, it took multiple visits to get the items that were already broken fixed. The walls are thin so you will likely hear your neighbors playing music late into the night. The area is never cleaned up and always has trash laying around. Near the end, when we put tickets in to fix items in the apartment, they would get closed out after a couple of weeks with no work done on them. It took the place over TWO MONTHS to get my security deposit back; I gave them my new address multiple times but they still ended up sending it to the wrong place. After going to the office in person a couple of times, they finally just had it sent to the office. I still had to wait much longer than they told me before I finally got it back. The units are not worth the price you are paying when you consider the condition, the service, and the area.

These photos mean nothing. The paint is actually a cardboard cutout to look like a wall and both "appliances" are made of Styrofoam and lies. For the love of everything that anyone can possible hold Holy, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Office staff is garbage, rental agreements aren't met, pitiful upkeep on the apartments made of previously mentioned bottom shelf carboard and mediocre existence.

I talked with a maintenance guy he was the rudest person I’ve talked to. I put a request in he call me with an attitude and talking over me the ENTIRE convo. I’ve been trying to get my A/C fixed since April 8,2020 it is now the end of May (May 27,2020) i told them my apartment have been between 80-90 degrees and it’s like they don’t care. Nice community but I WOULD NOT recommend staying here. They do what they want to do when they want. I haven’t stayed in my apartment is a while cause of the A/C.
My water heater has been messed up for about two or three months. Theres a hole in the wall from damage from the water heater (and as we found out, mice got in through said hole) the baseboard of the wall is damaged, theres mold growing in the same area. so why is it that, after so long of me and my roomates complaining, the maintenance guys JUST came out this morning. to top it all off, after coming home from a 9 hour work day, I have absolutely NO HOT WATER. I can not even begin to think of the simplest things this place hasn't screwed up.
Called up there wanting info. The woman who answered was extremely rude an unprofessional. She acted like she hated her job and was upset because I asked for information. Definitely would not recommend.
Maintenance comes whenever they feel like it unless you go up to the clubhouse. Sat with a broken refrigerator for two weeks. No one came. Air conditioner went out sat with a broken air conditioner for a week. If you are trying to live on the ground floor for convenience make sure you are ready to give up silence. And hope that its only one person above you and not a couple. You will hear every foot step, every drawer open, every bathroom break, every grocery run, every visitor, every late night vertical head board action. Ive had to hook my tvs up to speakers in order to drown them out. Its ridiculous. I can't even read a book without being thrown from the pages by the sheer ignorance they have in comprehending that they live above somebody. But thats what happens when you live around kids. Also the crime in this apartment is ridiculous for the area. They left notes about it on every door and had a community wide meeting with the police on what was going on. Nope, im trying to break my lease as i write this.
We have lived here for 2 years now and we love it. Thank you so much Melinea and Courtney. These people are amazing and so professional. They greet me at the door with my name and handle anything we may need with the upmost professional concern. Thanks Again for everything.
Between the shootings and my apartment being infested with gnats.. it's a "great place" to raise a family.
They will certainly try to stiff you when it comes to your deposit...(my place had absolutely no damage, and the accounting is beyond shady, keep your reciepts!!) It's one entrance and exit, so the police will be there to harass you and your guests. Horrible insect problems, thin walls, grouchy office staff. When you call, the manager always happen to be in a meeting. Walk in, and the door is wide open....The one star is for the well-kept grounds. Keep looking....
Living in Knollwood Apartments have truly been a blessing. I recently moved from a 3-bedroom home and I drove around different areas for almost a year trying to find an apartment complex that I felt was close to the highway and a place for me and my daughter. Knollwood is a perfect location, close to (2) major highways the apartments are nice looking from the main street, the grounds are kept really nice and most of all they have (2) pools as opposed to most complex have only (1). My main attraction that I fell in love with is that I could upgrade different areas of the apt. (flooring) appliances, etc. which gives you a sense of adding your own touch. I have always had (2) bathrooms in homes that I have lived in and moving to Knollwood I did not have to give up my personal entitlement of have the luxury to have an additional bathroom. I have enjoyed living here thus far while I work to get some financial issues together and work on getting healthy again. Moving to Knollwood have been one of my best living decisions in 2015. Love It!
This complex is within easy walking distance to transit stops, GREAT schools, shopping and restaurants. It's location to the highway is second to none ( the highway is RIGHT at the entrance to the complex). The maintenance men can't be beat.
