Just wanted to say The Mark Team as they call themselves are AMAZING! Hands down they best people I have ever met that work at an apartment complex and I have lived in several all over the place. The way they communicate to keep us all in loop on things that are happening is very helpful. I see them all over this place checking on things, talking to people, picking up trash, they even Brough a big package to my door. They are just sooooo helpful and nice! Even when things go wrong or break they jump on it and act quick to make it right as best they can unlike others in the past that just left things a mess. These people rock! Bc of them I will be renewing my lease bc I know they care!

The Mark is a really nice place to come home to. It's not perfect, but what place is??? overall this is a great apartment complex. The new managers that started working here a few months ago really care about making this place better. There have been so many changes for the better, they are constantly making changes and it's so nice to see someone finally care about the residents. There are issues, but the issues are from other residents not bc the staff is bad. The maintenance guys are great! You can't make everyone happy but they do try! They do fun stuff for residents like happy hours at sun king or treats days. Its fun! Also super nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Have lived here for 2 years now and love that this is my home! Tell them Ashley sent you!

I have been living here for a couple of years and it has been great, but I have especially seen a lot of improvement within the last couple of months when the new management team started. In the last couple of months they have really cleaned up the community by painting all of the hallways and common areas, updating all of the amenities, and really enforcing community rules. You can tell the new management team truly cares about their residents and is quick to action. They also host some really fun events!

The management team is always very kind and knowledgeable with any questions I have. I just renewed my lease for another year & they were able to walk me through the process & answer all of my questions! Maintenance is always quick and friendly as well. They recently updated the amenity spaces & it really made a difference. They also have fun events like pool parties, happy hours, and free breakfast. Would definitely recommend living here if you are wanting to move to fishers.

As someone who has lived around a lot, this place takes the cake! The apartments are clean, modern and well maintained. The common rooms are updated and fresh, I live for the coffee bar! The location is great with amazing food options right out the door. Maintenance is friendly and on time, I see the guys walking around all day every day keeping things running smoothly. The office team is new, but they are super friendly and seem to really be getting on top of things. Happy to call this place home!

Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place. The apartments are really nice and modern and clean. The location is amazing with all the restaurants and shops right outside and top golf next door. The people that work there are really nice and helpful too, you can tell they care about the place which is really nice. There have been some issues in the past few years but the new people here are really engaged and are finally listening to residents!

Basic maintenance takes months to literal years to get addressed. Expect the pool to be closed for safety once in a while because they can't mix chemicals properly. This used to be a really nice property, but the property management and maintenance team has completely run it into the ground.

Was checking out the apartments thinking of moving staff answered all my questions very friendly to me I’m still looking but they are in my top right now
The Mark at Fishers District claims to be a luxury apartment home. I find this to be a false statement. Whenever I moved in, Watermark was the best at taking care of the building for the first couple of years, then JVM took over. They brought staff that aren’t able to handle the property or the residents. The amenities are constantly unusable. We have a pool & hot tub that is green and looks like a lake. The furniture is broken. The grills work 50% of the time. On top of this, the fire alarms are a nightmare (residents don’t even take them serious any longer). At the end of the day, look elsewhere. This place is a joke that you don’t want to be involved in. I can promise you won’t be laughing at the end.
These apartments are poorly constructed and the appliances are cheap. Furthest thing from "upscale." They do a great job on the initial sell and showing you the model apartment, but actually living here is a different story.
Beware of top floor units . The noise from roof top HVAC units is very disturbing!

These are amazing apartments. I'll stick to my initial review. However, I recently got changed (added to rent) for Trash violation ($25 each occurrence). I have been renting for long 8 years at many upscale apartments both in downtown and various part of the Indy suburbs but never got charged even once for the same. We sometimes do stay overnight at family/friends missing 9 AM mark to bring the trash bin back inside leading to additional dollars flowing out of pocket in these COVID-19 financially tougher times. Also, There isn't a way to opt out of this monthly paid service if you feel like not using it at all. Initial Review: These are excellent upscale apartment at heart of the city. Adam, Sienna, whole team has been wonderful, professional and very responsive. The apartments are beautiful, the view and aura around is spectacular. These are bit pricy compared to options around but you definitely get what you pay for. This statement stands true. The pool deck, business center are wonderfully decorated. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. The residents are wonderful as well. They do organize resident events which adds to the fun!
