Recently changed management companies. They are making really great changes in the community (exterior painting, interior upgrades, food trucks, and community events for residents). Both management staff was attentive, pleasant, helpful, and very communicative. Grounds are well kept, work orders are handled quickly, parking is plentiful, and towing is enforced. It is a safe area and good location to many walkable places. Pending on where you are located, your views will be blocked by new townhomes being built and your patio may be facing their home. The construction happening can be annoying as well. But overall, not a bad place to live!

Living here for almost a year and for the entirety of August I haven’t had air conditioning. Reached out multiple times and nothing. “Luxury apartment” but you get summer in Texas with no AC.

I’ve been here for about 7 months, my daughter and I love it here. Leasing agents are always friendly. Maintenance is amazing get to the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. The amenities Wow!

The team at the leasing office responds very quickly to my requests online for maintenance. They have been always friendly and patient since I moved in here a few years ago. They also have awesome features such as hot spa, pool, gym and coffee bar. The french vanilla drink is so delicious and Ive already recommended this flavor to my neighbors. And I can even walk or drive to numerous convenient places nearby. Overall, the experience has been excellent and it also fits all my needs for mental wellness and living experience. Id highly recommend anyone to this apartment.

We love living at Siena Memorial Heights. The grounds are always maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for us.

Siena at Memorial Heights is a gem of an apartment complex. It is ideally located for anyone who enjoys nearby parks & running/cycling paths, walkability to surrounding areas, and large patios/balconies for many of the units. We have lived at Siena (by choice!) for over 6 years as young professionals and have not seen another apartment complex strike the balance of location, amenities, quality, and price (and it has always stayed well above flood waters!). To top it off, the maintenance staff has always been phenomenal in their speed, proficiency, and kindness with making repairs. We have always enjoyed living at Siena at Memorial Heights.

Siena at Memorial Heights is a great place to live. If you have pets that you like to take to the park, Siena is less than a 5 minute walk away from the Buffalo Bayou dog park. Driving to both downtown and galeria is roughly 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. And if you like to eat out and or love to order food for delivery Siena has so many local restaurants to choose from.

Siena at Memorial Heights is in an amazing location in Houston, close to literally everything you might need. The price is great, service is fair. Amenities like pool and gym are a bit small but overall no major complaints here.

I enjoyed my stay at this property for about 3 years. Great location! The view of downtown was diminished with new townhomes nextdoor, but a short walk to the bayou is still good and offers a nice view of downtown. The gym is a well-equipped- I haven't paid for a gym membership during my stay here. Maintenance staff are efficient and friendly. The in unit full-size washer/dryer was a must. The covered parking is helpful protection from the Houston sun. The outdoor TVs and gas grills were not continuously working/available for extended periods of time, which is probably one of my biggest concerns. I didn't have a pet, but there were many dog owners on the property. I didn't have a bicycle, but there is bicycle storage available in the garage. Well, that's my two cents! I hope this information is helpful.

The management office is extremely quick and efficient at everything they are able to control. They are always all over any maintenance issue, they respond to any questions or the like extremely quickly. They are very fair, and very friendly

I initially came in on a Saturday and had to come back the next day because tours were all booked. That was an immediate good sign to me, that there were so many folks looking to rent there. I toured Sunday and moved in the following Friday. I love the apartment and the property is very well maintained. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Maintenance is very responsive. I also enjoy the online portal and app where neighbors can connect with each other if they choose to do so.

Love living at Siena Memorial Heights. The management and maintenance team are the best. They are all friendly and helpful. Plus they keep the grounds always maintained, clean and beautiful.

Overall this is a fabulous place to live. Its close to literally everything you could want/need.

Apartment complex is always clean, Amentitites are clean as well, was so quick and easy to apply very affordable, beautiful apartment upgrade that was done to my apartment couldnt be anymore happy

I've lived at Siena for 5 years, the apartment is relatively quite with spacious floor plans, which is really nice. The complex is conveniently located to Buffalo bayou park, downtown, grocery stores and restaurants with easy access to highways. The best part about the complex is the maintenance staff, they are THE nicest people you will ever meet. They are extremely helpful and timely when responding to issues.

Clean, safe, modern living with all the amenities you could want. Siena is 1 block away from Buffalo Bayou Park walking trails and the Beer Market is right next door. Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and the pool gets lots of sun!

The leasing office employees lack serious communication skills. Will not be renewing my lease.

The management has no heart. My father has cancer and I had to break my lease and I asked if they can at least give me a partial discount for the $2400 penalty. I also told them I planned to come back in 6 months after my father has completed his radiation treatment. I have never been late and always paid on time. The assistant manager was very rude and basically said, "I can pay the penalty or pay for the rest of the lease, so you can choose." I told her I will sign a brand new 15 month lease when I come back in 6 months. She had not interest and went back to her office. In 6 months when I am looking for a new place I do not plan on coming back.

Terrible management with good maintenance staff. The property is dirty and nothing works 90% of the time. Do not recommend! Good location but there are plenty of other properties in the area that you should consider. When you raise complaints about the things that are failing in the property their argument is, "Well why don't you move out then?"

Sienna at Memorial Heights is a great apartment. It is close to Buffalo Bayou Park where you can walk, run, bike, or whatever your outdoor needs desire. I also like that it is mere feet from Beer Market Co. This apartment is so conveniently close o everything from Kroger, to the bars, to the park, it is worth the cost, which is cheaper than any other places near by. The complex just upgraded the gym and it is wonderful. Free weights and machines to fit any routine. Friendly staff wiling to help you with anything you may need. A great complex in Downtown Houston.
