LoDo, short for Lower Downtown, is Denver’s oldest neighborhood, touting the largest concentration of Victorian and early 20th-century buildings in the United States. The historic mingles with the modern in LoDo, where you’ll find some of the city’s most popular restaurants, bars, and boutiques in renovated buildings with a rustic feel.

The Fitzgerald is a very nice place to live. The location to Union Station which I take to work is ideal. The entry lobby and staff are very helpful, additionally all the tenants here are friendly and will greet you if you happen to meet in the elevator or halls.

Most importantly, the front office staff (especially Ryan), is everything a resident could ask for. They’ve been supportive, thorough, and available. The east side elevator lobby could use some TLC. The larger elevator cars should be designated for moving to keep the smaller cars in tip-top form. Honestly, the elevators could use a little facelift to give them some luxe. What’s the cologne-like smell throughout floor 1?

I’ll start with the positive, beautiful building that is practically brand new with great options for amenities. Close to anything in downtown town/ballpark district if you want to walk. That’s the only positives. For the negatives, this is the worst apartment location in all of downtown Denver. Market Street and the parking lot across from the Fitzgerald is jammed packed with loud cars, ATVs, dirt bikes, and way too often, shootings. The year I lived there there was 3 shootings in that parking lot or at the clubs 2 buildings down. If you face the parking lot, every Friday and Saturday night until 3am your going to hear loud yelling, car burnouts, the bass from the nearby clubs that you cannot drown out, and see lasers and lights shine through windows. Security is not an importance, both “secure” garage doors were left wide open for months which led to multiple smash ins for the “high end clientele” that pay a premium for this “luxury” building.

I love this place. The leasing manager, Hannah, has been absolutely amazing. She has made sure I am comfortable and happy with my options and went above and beyond to do so. She also made sure I was getting the best price possible on rent. I have not seen any apartment management care as much as she does! I love living here and would absolutely consider resigning my lease!

The first ten months of our lease here at the Fitzgerald have exceeded our expectations (which were high to begin with!). The entire team is sociable, easy to work with, and efficient. From working with Hannah to sign our lease, to addressing concerns to Sergio, to greeting and attending events arranged by Natalie, there is not a bad egg in the bunch. The amenities are beautiful and well kept- the pool and hot tub area specifically are clearly maintained daily and never over crowded, and the gym is clean and meets expectations of an apartment community gym. Overall, we love the Fitzgerald and the community they have fostered in the short time they have been open. Thank you for everything!

Everything has been wonderful since signing my lease at this apartment complex a gem in the city the staff is unbeatable, and I have lived in over a dozen different apartment complexes in the past 20 years. A finishes and very convenient parking.
The Fitzgerald helped coordinate the leasing process while I was abroad in New Zealand. They accommodated the time zone gap and the virtual leasing process. Move-in was seamless and the entire community has been wonderful thus far. All of the staff are helpful and responsive. The amenity spaces are gorgeous and well-maintained and every guest I've had has complimented the building on how the lobby and social lounge smell. Shoutout to whoever is in charge of building scents!!

We are so happy we signed a lease with the Fitzgerald. The building is great and the apartment itself is quiet. The staff has been exceptional and we are so impressed!
I toured the community as a potential resident. All while gorgeous it is a little over priced for the area. But the number # 1 reason I will not be choosing The Fitzgerald if I relocate to Denver from Boston is their use of "Fetch" for your packages. They are unreliable, packages go missing for days to weeks. I know this as I've been in an Airbnb that uses it's atrocious. If the Fitzgerald wants to be a luxury building they should not be using Fetch. My apartment in Boston used Luxor One lockers and never had an issue in 3 years. While I've been in this Airbnb for 3 weeks and it's nothing but a headache. It’s likely Fetch has sales team that over promises and under delivers but Fitzgerald should not use them the building will go from being luxury to not with this terrible service. I had to go to the facility to pick up packages (not near by) due to deliveries not met. The person there toms me they have over 30 communities and only 8 drivers. Likely the problem but again Fitzgerald should not use them
Aside from its beauty, elegance, and LOCATION, The Fitzgerald has superb customer service. The excellent management is what really makes the place stand out from other properties. I highly recommend The Fitzgerald!
Stunning new building and great location! Pricing is fair for the area.
