The Flame Apartments, a historically designated building, newly renovated and completed in 2020 & 2 new additional apartments added July 2024. The 2 additional apartments are designed by architect Matt Wells of HGW. Their projects include San Diego Zoo Base Camp, The Pavilion House & many more.
