The location is convenient; not far from DNT or 121 and close to Legacy West, Shops at Legacy, and Grandscape. No major issues with crime or neighbors, at least in my building. It's relatively quiet for a bigger apartment complex, aside from the usual hallway and neighbor noise. People don't seem to pick up after their pets as much as they should, but I'm sure that's everywhere. I have access to garage parking, which is ideal. Wouldn't suggest parking on the street.

Flatiron District at Austin Ranch is a fantastic community. I’ve lived here about one year and have very little critique. The rent prices are fair, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly. I wish the office had better availability via the phone. It’s hard to call the office as an existing resident.

Minus the multiple times the property management has changed hands and the continuous maintenance to improve the quality of living (which has become a very important priority to the current management, and a very quickly addressed issue) everything is great! Just signed my third year straight at the same apartment! The amenities are second to none, an absolute gem of a community! Lived here 12 years ago for 3 years.. moved to Florida, then back to Texas in the country but when the city called… I knew exactly where I wanted to live.. right here in Austin Ranch! The community is lively, lovely and lavish! But not for the boutique price like surrounding complexes! I would highly recommend living here! It has everything! From restaurants, to bars, to classy gyms and an absurd amount of resort style pools! With so many common areas hidden throughout! Things like grills, smokers, corn hole and plenty of activities! Always something to do here in Flatiron District at Austin Ranch!

I absolutely love living here ! I love all of the amenities and the nature scence , my dog and I love taking walks around the community ! There are also a few restaurant options in walking distance which is very convenient. I enjoy the variety of pools in the summertime , if one is crowded you can simply go to a different one

Very cute community. Neighbors seem friendly and I enjoy the valet trash more than I thought I would. Very dog friendly community and so many amenities it feels like a resort.

I have been a resident of the Central Square since May. Moved from California so did much of my process virtually. The location is great--right in Frisco Square and walking distance to downtown. The building is beautiful and my unit is awesome. The management team is fantastic--Joy is the best. And hands down the maintenance team are the MVPs. Dillon is a rockstar and the team is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend it.

It has not been a pleasant positive living experience in a month of being here. My apartment was flooded on my first night because the cleaning crew didn't reconnect the drain hose on my washer and I came home to water all over my apartment. It took them a week to fix it all and they literally just put up fans and dehumidifer to dry everything and then just painted over the portion of the walls where the dry wall was damaged and you can easily tell where this was done because it's not even the same paint color. I was told on my move in day that the "move in specialist" didn't even know when the "valet trash" ran at my unit and where I should leave my trash bins. I was told to just look at what my neighbors are doing to figure it out. I've yet to have my trash taken for me. I'm having to walk/drive to the dumpster every time. Not to mention the dumpster area always been filled with trash around it.

Overall, this Apartment complex and neighborhood is great. The only thing I would really give a negative review towards is the rent. For the amount of space and amenities the rent seems a little high.

My first apartment, had some bumps in the road but that was a given. the entire complex is amazing heated pools and multiple activities. So far I love it.

We had a rough start to our experience under the former management. There were items reported day one, that did not get repaired until the new management fully took over (about 3 months). Since then, things have improved, and we have seen the landscaping, roofs and other areas in the neighborhood replaced, repaired or upgraded.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost two years now, and I have almost no complaints. The only issue I’ve encountered is that it’s challenging to get someone on the line just for a representative to answer general questions. When someone finally does get on the line, I usually have to be transferred. Even with the management change, the apartment complex has remained great overall.

Overall being a resident at Flatiron District at Austin ranch is a great experience. The only down side I will say is the proximity to the mail box as well as the street parking. Other wise everything about this complex is nice.

I like my apartment and the maintenance staff is pleasant and the grounds are pretty and kept up well. Some places smell like dog pee too much but not sure what can be done about that. I do wish there were a few more restaurants in the area.

it's a 5th year for me in this appartment complex. I like the location. It's good for everything im my case: outdor activities, shopping, going to office. Unfortunately there are residents who still litter in common areas (like garage, stairs), dog-owners who can't pick up after their pets... And there is no way with current security and lack of surveillance to make them responsible...

So far, I love living here. The amenities are great. The repairs on the apartment have been propped the front desk is extremely helpful. The programs for residents are very easy to use. There’s a lot of benefits I love the gym. The pools are amazing and the house is really comfortable.

Great staff and management. Very accommodating and great communication. There has been a ton of upgrades and clean up in the area since new management has taken over. It’s in the perfect central area to get to anywhere you need to go in the metroplex. Very happy to be a part of this community!

I enjoy the local amenities. There are good restraunts nearby and I enjoy walking my dog at the nature preserve across the street. There is also a dog park down the street with restraunts attached to it . It is a great place to meet new people.

I would not recommend living here to anyone. MOLD in our ceilings, ROACHES, ANTS, a broken dishwasher for 3 months and 5 work orders placed for it, the ENTIRE apartment flooding (wrecked our rugs, bottoms of our couches/beds, etc) and the only thing maintenance offered us were some fans lol, broken drawers. I mean the list goes on forever. Could have just been our personal apartment that has this many issues and other apartments are great- I am not sure. However, it would be different if actually anyone in the entire apartment was kind enough to help, reach out and discuss, apologize for the experience, anything, but no one has. One person attempted to call, however we were unable to get in touch. Called the person back 3 times, left name and number 3 times and never received a call back.

The area is pretty quiet for an apartment complex. I haven't had too many issues here. People don't seem to pick up after their dogs, which is probably my biggest complaint. The location is convenient. Close to the Shops at Legacy, Grandscape area, 121 and DNT.
