Lake City is a small community in metropolitan Atlanta, directly north of Morrow. As a namesake town, the community is anchored by the Lake City Community Center which is nestled beside a small man-made lake and hosts events from weddings to family reunions each year. The area borders Clayton State University and the Reynolds Nature Preserve, where residents flock for hiking and wildlife observation. Lake City is predominately residential with very affordable rentals along with a few retail and dining hubs scattered throughout town. Smooth move in. Maintenance was nice! The office staff was caring and made sure everything I asked for was done. Ample parking! The grounds are clean. Very quiet
Unproblematic atmosphere and staff. Maintenance request are done in a timely manner majority of the time. The property stays clean and I have not witnessed any crime which is a plus.
I’m still not happy with my patio floor that’s wasn’t cleaned up on us moving in, the patio can’t lock easy. The first person I started talking customer service was excellent but after she went on maternity leave. The customer service went below 1 star. Thanks to their maintenance supervisor who help with some move in challenges
Very quiet where I am and no problems with my neighbor. And that's a big plus to come home and there's no problem. The apartment is close to stores
The staff members are very professional and respond to any concerns in a timely and respectable manner. The community is very clean and well maintained.
Nice neighborhood. Diverse and polite neighbors. Great access t to shopping and entertainment. Minimum noise and violence. Active security from Lake City police department.
Staff is friendly and professional and any issues are addressed quickly. Rent is not pocket friendly and have few options for 1BHK. Overall experience is quite positive.
Been living here now close to a year. Loving it so far! The leasing staff are outstanding!!!! . Believe in putting their residents first. Which is very important. The maintenance staff are awesome!! I really would recommend living at this community.

Fantastic reception and great service from the admin. The atmosphere is awesomely serene and peaceful. Everything works perfectly and I'm my daughters will love it.
The environment is clean. The staff are responsive to the needs of the residents. The place is peaceful and orderly. It has a cool ambience.
Just arrived couple of days ago and we’re new to the environment however the management made us feel at home. They always assisted us when we need something. Ms. Marie, the Boss lady and the other staffs were so helpful to us and we appreciate what they’ve been doing!
So far no complaints , maintenance is a little slow for work orders but staff is great , I haven't had any issues and if I did they were resolved very quickly, keep up the good work

My apartment is barely livable. There is mold and deterioration from water damage and wear tear. My bathroom is a joke . The only thing this apartment serves for me is the roof over my head and even that is suspicious because of water stains and it’s uneven. I could go on and on but I don’t have the energy.
Everything was wonderful. The whole staff has been great. I am an amputee and I moved from another state...I am 60 years old so I was a bit nervous.. The experience was great...
Everything has been great so far! Outstanding service looks like pretty efficient service I only just moved in.It is very peaceful the community, well kept up the scenery when we come out of our homes. It is nice to know we have a quiet and secure, but safe property.
The Flats @1885 is a family oriented community where all your neighbors are ready to give a helping hand. Everyone looks out for each other and it is a pet friendly place. I’m happy to spend time at The Flats a place my son calls home.
Loved location and quiet area.....can assist with some improvement with some of the classic apartments that does have low quality of wear over time,..
I’ve been here for almost 6 years and never had any issues. The office staff is very cool and understanding. Just in case if you didn’t want to drive, the grocery store, gas station and other food places are within walking distance from the complex. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here.
It’s safe and quiet with helpful and friendly neighbors. The staff is also nice and helpful. They have events and contests for the residents often. The area is convenient for shopping and other activities. Maintenance also does a great job with keeping the grounds clean.
Upon my first day moving in I was greeted with an extra refrigerators in my living room. That evening I learned that the heat don’t work properly and the washer and dryer that was not enclosed with my lease wasn’t working. Other than that it’s been pleasant.
Not bad. Certain little things can be better. But not that bad to complain about. Parking is a pain at times. Certain hold hold appliances can be replaced i.e dish washer etc.
Overall a nice place to live. There are somethings when it comes to communication in the office that could really improve. The maintenance staff is great.
The Staff are very welcoming and shows concern about the conditions of the apartments. Despite a few structural issues, the maintenance provides fast and efficient services.
Very helpful and clean. I’m happy here. One of my favorite features is that we have two entrances to our apartment and I love the screened in porch I’m just very happy with living here right now
Every year the monthly rent gets increased but my apartment doesn’t reflect the price. Not happy with my rent increasing but my apartment features are old and outdated
I couldn’t have chose a more better place to live. The office personnel, maintenance personnel have all been great that I have talked with. And I must say my neighbors are great!!!
ive been here for a few years and its a chill place to live overall, quiet neighborhood, close to walmart and kroger as well as other stores.
The neighborhood is very quiet, the trash is emptied daily. there’s even a designated spot for the dogs to pup. The rent is really affordable for the nice luxury space. I have been living in the complex for almost five years and I never had any problems with the maintenance or any other staff.
The staff are very helpful so patient. They answered all my questions and any concerns I might have. Made my move in super easy. I’m very grateful for the lady’s at the flats1885. Thank you so much for how nice and sweet you guys have been to me. I’m sure I will love being a resident at the flats 1885.
I like it here. This is my first apartment and it has been a good experience so far. Everything works properly and the maintenance people are nice.
I love love the peace of mine that I have once I reach home.. The Flats are a fantastic place to live … I rate a Five.. I’m so grateful of the Flats staff the office are such a blessing for me.. I also appreciate the fact that if something needs fixing in my house… It get fix immediately..
The apartment unit is very spacious and has a very home-like feeling!! Definitely recommend first time renters to start here. Prices are affordable and staff was extremely helpful with the entire process
The area, neighbors and staff are very nice. I like that the area is a pleasant low crime. Police are constantly patrolling and doing rounds. The neighbors are usually friendly and resourceful. I like the staff is usually professional and helpful. The staff also likes to engage the community in various events.
Good staff and wonderful maintenance crew! Renovations are beautiful. I'm looking forward to the new gym. Plumbing needs work but otherwise a good property.

It is so quiet and I love that and the leasing office staff are so helpful and supportive! The neighbors are friendly the my kids love the school here.
Things have been better neighborhood is quiet, I feel safe and at home in my unit. I appreciate the upgrades to the outside of the apartments and the addition of the weigh room that is being added to the community
The Plumbing is horrible every week there seems to be and issue they have roaches and gnats I had to spend my own money for PROPER pest control for the Price it's definitely NOT worth it at all
I have lived here since January 2019 and this is a nice community to live in. I enjoy my neighbors. The RAM Staff are professional and courteous.
