I love living at the flats the people in the office or amazing and super understanding. Also, the dog park is very convenient and I love that the apartment was completely remodeled before we moved in.

I have lived here for 3 years and anytime I have an issue the office and maintenance are quick to take care of it.

I love living at the flats because the owners are caring, understanding, and are great about working with people and their needs. Apartments are clean and homey.

Nice clean property management and maintenance crew very professional keepers and clean and nice and fixed safe area for all of us for all types of income nice manager Miss Lisa and Ms Darla very kind and helpful and professionally get you in fast so thankful and that's what I love about the flats apartments thanks God bless everyone at the flats apartments namaste peace love light blessings prayers God bless us all

The management is awesome here Ms Lisa and Ms Darla listen to whatever problems you have and they take action if needed i recommend living here.

Great atmosphere to live in. Quiet and the staff is very friendly. Parking and laundry mat on site is very convenient.

I love living here because (A) The staff are vey polite and get your problems solved quickly (B) The property is very clean and well lit with installation of the new flood lights (C) The newly renovated apartments along with new painted buildings look great and give you a warm welcoming place to call home (D) Maintenance is very prompt and fast to attend to you’re work order quickly

I’ve stayed at the flats for 21/2 weeks and it’s the best I’ve stayed at. I’m 23 and no rental history and they accept me which was amazing. Because me and my son needed a place to go ASAP. And they took a chance with me and they won’t be disappointed. Maintenance is really quick on fixing things. The convenientes of being able to pay online is nice. The late fee is not much ( if you was to be late) It’s just a overall safe and wonderful place to stay ????

Have lived here over 5 years and I have always loved the pools in the summer and the quick response from management when there is something that needs to be fixed!

We enjoy living at the flats because it is in the heart of the city. Super convenient. Property managers are SO nice and helpful. Rent is very inexpensive if you’re balling on a budget!

When we first moved in, it was nice, then roaches, & bugs showed up every day, then when you have a maintenance issue they just looked at it then reported that the issue was fixed. I would have to report it 2-3 more times before anything was ever done about it. We did terminate our lease early (best decision we ever made). Beware when you leave, they will charge you for cleaning of the apartment, & cleaning the carpet. They will not take it out of the security deposit. We gave a 30 day notice to vacate on-line then they charged us for improper notice.

It took three months to fix my AC after they to me they weren’t fixing them when the summer started. I was infested with bedbugs and roaches. The office people are rude and do not respect the wishes of their tenants. I called them telling them that we had Covid so not to send the new bug guy to my apartment and as he was unlocking my door and walking in I had to yell and say that we had Covid. We asked them not to go in our apartment with us being home and they went in anyway. Over all this place is the worst place I have ever lived at. If you are looking for a place to live this is not it!!!!

They gave me a unit that had broken appliances, walls that had holes but patched wrong. Moved me to a “remodeled” unit. Took them 3 months to fix my A/C and they let their tenants live in roach infested units. They say pest will be scheduled but never shows. No matter how much you clean, they won’t go away. Mice is another issue. Top it all off, when there is leaks and you send it in, management never responds. Possibly breathing in black mold, who knows. Ground crew doesn’t keep this place clean like they show in the pictures. Really is a bad place to live.

They never fix anything and they always are late about getting to you too fix stuff in your apartment

It’s a big step up from what it used to be. Love the new remodel that they have done! People are friendly here. Office ladies are wonderful. Pest control comes monthly. Maintenance responds as should and are quick. Great location for walking and biking. Great for all households. Love that there is a dog park & a separate area for kids to play as well.

My sink drains into my dishwasher, causing water to spill out onto the floor, and causing the dishwasher to not work. My windows are not properly sealed and allow air in and out, the walls have writing on them, the shower is just a soft mushy mess waiting to fall through the floor, the pipes constantly gurgle, there are multiple light sockets broken, one of which is pulled half way out of the wall with wires exposed. The bathroom sink can be lifted up and is not sealed down, the bathroom counter is rotting, there are roaches everywhere in almost all apartments, both clean and messy. The exterminator that’s supposed to come every 2 weeks has been here once in the whole year I’ve been here. The apartments have known about this for 11 months now and have done nothing. A couple just moved in next door to me, they have no heat or A/C, the oven, fridge, disposal, and dishwasher do not work. Most of the people in the apartments are doing heavy drugs, but hey if you don’t mind living in an apartment without appliances, or the occasional sounds of gunfire or stabbings, and constant police/fire department/ambulance presence, these apartments are right for you. P.S. the good reviews are here because they take $50 off your first rent to fill out a good review.

The people are nice and there are many families here. The tenants are friendly and it's in a very centralized location so I'm close to just about everything! Theres laundry here as well which is very nice!

I absolutely love it! The one bedrooms are adorable! Very quiet nice Neighbors and a very friendly staff!

I love my new apartment the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great being close to shopping and schools. Also it is very close to city transportation stops.

The apartments a nice size for the price and management is great, theyre friendly and respond quickly to anything your apartment needs!

Management is professional, friendly and helpful. Complex is adjacent to the UAFS Campus and on the city bus route. Surrounded by lovely trees.

I am satisfied with these apartments. Its decent for the price and we love the pools!!! Several laundry facilities and if you have kids there are alot out here for them to play with!

They got my family in an apartment real fast and were quick to answer calls and questions. They have excellent managers on call and I recommend them!
