Tour
I just toured a unit today and it was beautiful. Although I have not started the application process yet, I was pleased with the unit and the lady that gave my family and I the tour was wonderful.

Just what i needed!!!
i recommend The flats at 2109!! my 1 bedroom apartment is so beautiful, bright, spacious and everything is new! Kelsey was very helpful with my move in process! communication with management is easy! the staff in the office are welcoming! i love how they keep me updated! the property is clean; the area is close to uptown about 10 mins!! Walmart is 5 mins away! I'm set! lol

Exactly what I needed!!
I am very excited about my new home!! Ms. Avis was very nice, patient and professional to make sure I had all of my paperwork completed. I'm also happy that this complex is not overly large and so close to uptown, highway I77 and many stores. I've lived in this area majority of my adult life and have not had any problems. I am looking forward to moving in my beautiful apartment and living back on this side of Charlotte.

Communication is Poor
I’ve called maybe everyday for a week, and no answer. I’ve left voicemails and filled out their contact form on their website, and still no call back or response. I actually was looking forward to these apartments finally opening up, but disappointed that I can’t even reach anyone.

Horrible Management
They don’t call back, they lie, they are horrible at following up. The company has a bad repetition and horrible reviews. Check them out before applying.

not worth it
If you want your car possibly broken into,daily/weekly texts from the apartment manager like you’re an inmate, poor communication, paying rent for an unfinished “new “ complex ,by all means move in.

Poor communication/management
I recently completed an application and was able to speak with a lady a week ago she informed me I would receive a call and to bring my paystubs in. I went to the address on the site and was told the office was located somewhere else I have been calling and emailing and I haven’t got no response and I’m looking to move in soon as possible every time I call the number goes straight to voicemail

Considered " affordable housing" but it really isnt.Horrible and crime rised area.Dont even waste your time,seriously.
