Cupboard repair When I moved inthe shelves in the long cupboard would not hold anything. Stronger holders were installed so I now am able to put supplies away. Maintenance is always professional & friendly.

Responsive and quick! The maintenance guys were responsive and took care of our issues very quickly. Our garage door was fixed as well as several smaller problems in our unit. We couldn’t be happier with the maintenance crew and office staff at the Flats at 84.

My smoke alarm was chirping and maintenance was quick to respond and put in new alarm.
They came right away and my new light bulbs give me so much more light!

Less than two hours after my request was submitted, maintenance was at my door to evaluate and fix the problem. Complete re-placement of washer motor in less than an hour, and now working perfectly. I have never had to wait for maintenance. Everything has been handled quickly and efficiently. One of the best things about the people here is how they take care of residents.

I moved in to the Flats never stepping foot on the property or in Lincoln, NE until I moved here. The pictures do it justice, this place is super nice, maybe even better then the pictures. I feel safe here and all the amenities included are a hug plus. I would definitely recommend the Flats @ 84th.
Highly recommend The Flats at 84! Brand new, very aesthetic living spaces. The manager and staff are very friendly and welcoming! Amenities, apartment space, and customer service is top-notch here!
