Everything has been smooth and the staff are wonderful. Getting into the apartment was a very simple process and the grounds are wonderful!!
Beautiful buildings surrounding a lake n picturesque oak trees that r old n reach almost to the bottom in f the ground for u pleasure to walk dogs around. Very quiet neighborhood that still has social events twice a month for community. The apartments are lovely with tall ceilings n spacious floors. Washing machines n dryers incl. r the must. Well lit areas wonderful place to call home

After living here for nearly a year I can confidently say me and and my Fiancée absolute LOVE IT HERE!! I work in the apartment industry so I have seen what the norm looks like and The Flats exceed every single expectation thus far! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They’re always there when you need them. The maintenance team is also phenomenal and Chase does a fantastic job with communication and efficiency! The flats are a fairly good apartment complex. Everything is new and clean. Great pool and staff. It’s not top notch but I would recommend it to a friend.

Absolutely an amazing place to be. Everyone is so friendly and LOVE LOVE LOVE the events that they do. Blane, Chelsea, and Alsyon in the office are amazing! Chase, Jima, and Connie are amazing as well to keep maintenance up in the apartments and the property! 10/10 would recommend moving here.

Community and staff are fantastic! Amenities are great and grounds are very well kept. Competitive pricing and great location. Community events hosted by the complex are a great bonus! There are a few things to keep in mind. If you are on the first or second floor you will know your upstairs neighbors intimately. All apartments have laminate flooring which evidently acts as a magnifier of sound. And I don’t mean normal upstairs noise, I mean you will hear everything! To include the sewer line that runs down through the wall that is not sound proofed. So every flush! And if you’re planning on a two or three bedroom and like to cook. Plan on purchasing a fridge. All apartments from 1-3 bedroom are equipped with what amounts to a dorm room fridge. This also applies to the hot water heater. You can squeeze out two short hot showers in the morning!

Very smooth move in experience and the staff was very accommodating. I changed my move-in date and Chelsea was so easy to work with. Chelsea was also helpful in finding the apartment that would be best suited for me.

I have never felt more at home than I do since I moved here in September. The staff has gone beyond being helpful. My neighbors are great. I am proud to be a resident here and to call this my home I moved here from a house and thought I would feel cramped but that is not the case.

This community is great if you like to walk! Pretty walking paths and scenery! The maintenance crew are amazing, they will take care of your service request in a timely manner. The car wash is very convenient as well as the gym, clubhouse and mail room!

The walls are not very insulated. I can hear happening next-door, which, of course has led my downstairs neighbor to be very frustrated with me stating that I walk too loudly.

I have lived in the Flats of East Bay for 10 months, and my experience here gets better every day. The staff truly make the difference for me. From the office staff to the maintenance staff- everyone works SO hard to make sure that we love living here. We have so much to enjoy- the community events (i.e. a gorgeous Alice in Wonderland themed party and a Friendsgiving party!), the walking trails, the free workout classes, and the incredible pool are are wonderful. I have made new friends here and HIGHLY recommend the Flats of East Bay!

Great apartment complex. Highly recommend. They have great staff working here who go above and beyond to enhance the resident experience, the highlight being the regular parties that they organize for the residents. Pricing is reasonable and the neighborhood is fantastic.

The best property I've ever lived. I don't need to tell you how beautiful the propertynis you can see that by the pics. Let me tell you about the things you can't see via a picture..Definitely feels like a community. They throw 2 parties a month so you can get to know your neighbors. Food drinks etc... for every 6 parties you attend you earn a scratch off card that is worth anywhere from 25-250 off your next months rent.

We love living here at The Flats! The people that live in the The Flats community are amazing! We have made so many friends! The office staff stays on top of things and are constantly coming up with fun activities for their residents!

Friendly staff, convenient location & awesome residents. The grounds are kept up with and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something in the area

Love it @ the Flats! The staff is amazing and my favorite spot is at the pool! Now that the humidity is gone, my dog is living her best life at the dog park!!

My family and I love it here! The community is always well kept, maintenance works hard to respond quickly to work orders. Beautiful pool that is always clean. I wish the gym was bigger but for the size they have great equipment. My son loves going to the game room and stopping by the Starbucks machine for a hot chocolate! We are renting a garage too and they are definitely the biggest one car garages I’ve seen at an apartment complex!

The Flats is a great place to live. The resort style pool and fitness room are my favorite. As well as the Starbucks machine! The office staff is so helpful as well. The grounds are always well maintained and super clean. We always look forward to the activities and parties!

Easy move in process but wish there was a place for cardboard and packing materials to dispose of on the property . The unit was move in ready and very clean!

The Flats at East Bay is a great community to live in. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Sometimes I will be working in my truck and some will come over and ask if I need any help or if I need any tools. If you’re looking for an apartment in Baldwin County, I highly recommend the Flats
