When you visit ask for Carmen her office is in the main lobby, she is very knolegeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns, she has an overall great attitude and the residents there seem to think highly of her as well. The property is well maintained and clean. Highly recommend.
I moved into The Flats over a week ago. I was well received by Carmen, the Manager, and she answered all the questions I and my daughter had. She is nice and friendly. I am retired and in a wheel chair. I was able to get one of their apartments that is designed for wheel chair living. I am independent and take care of my needs. The apartment has wide doorways, roll under sink area and bathroom sink area. It also has a roll-in shower, all of which makes life a lot simpler. I am very satisfied with the staff and the apartment!
Management has taken care of me very well, Lynn and Manuel are great. Pricing is perfect for the area and utilities are included which is really nice. Quiet place with no issues that ive had. I feel as if most bad reviews are posted because people would rather complain about something rather than post a good review about it. Would recommend!!
In dealing with the management at this facility, I can tell you that they are only concerned with their bottom line. I would suggest considering a different facility that takes accountability and puts your best interest first.
This is a great place to live! Friendly staff, meticulous grounds and landscapes, peaceful surroundings. Quaint apartments with all utilities included. It is a gem and I feel blessed to have found it, Five stars!
Don't let the "renovated" cosmetic interior of the apartments fool you. This inside of the walls are terrible and something WILL go wrong. I had flooding in My apartment due to them not servicing the AC unit, which they left a gaping hole in the wall for several days. After BLaCK Mold was discovered (a common problem here) they took forever to fix and I couldn't live there during the repairs. I got a lawyer and legally broke my lease. It still wasn't fixed when I was able to retrieve my things. Management is rude and condescending, they don't care at all about you, only your money. Parking is terrible as others mentioned and mailboxes are located in the office, so you can only get your mail Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm. Good luck getting your mail if you work these house. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!
I love my apartment. However, there is no assigned parking. A lot of the people that live here are older people that don't work and live on their pensions or social security. Which means that they don't leave the property much and take up covered spaces. Also people from surrounding properties park in our covered spaces too. If you work and/or are gone after 4 pm daily you can forget about getting a decent parking space when you come back. You'll end up walking a long way from where you CAN park to your apartment. All this property has to do is start assigned parking and give the residents the tow company's number. This way if some butt head takes their spot, they can have them towed.
The area is nice, yet very small and getting noisier by the day, the property manager is very rude and condescending. They take over a month to fix anything usually and since they are "renovating" you'll be welcomed to a newly unfinished half way updated apartment with new appliances that aren't properly installed and you won't be able to use for at least a month before they decide to get to you. Faulty electric and bad ac units are very common within the community. Just a friendly heads up! Don't get locked into a lease here you will regret!
It's a nice apartment all utilities including water with new washer and dryer and it's have a 4 deep swimming pool it have a club house It's in a good neighbors hood the children school is right down the street You have a free ride with the trolley and plus it take your to school and back home and it's wheels chairs except and Pete friendly
This abode is cozy and quiet. If you are a single male having never been married or domesticated, one can appreciate the simplicity of this place that features a sizable bathroom, windows that greet the rising sun and a kitchen area that includes your front door entrance. A living room and identically shaped bedroom complete this gem
