Property Ratings at The Flats
I’ve called and attempted to visit this community several times. No one answered the phone and I even went to the office a sign was on the door that said out to lunch be back at 2. She was there but didn’t answer the door it was after 2. I take it as a sign that I shouldn’t rent from such a poorly ran apartment.
We signed up for our place to be sprayed every month and they have only sprayed once i the last six months. This place is crawling with cockroaches and we have submitted multiple maintenance request and nothing has been done. Horrible management and environment. Do not live here
The price advertised is not the amount you will pay due to them tacking on $150-200 for the utility package. The actual rent is closer to $900+. The walls and floors are then. You won't have a private conversation the walls and floors are thin. I could hear most conversations of my upstairs neighbors. My neighbors were horrible, loud music at 8am, louder tv at night. Took 1 year and new property management to get the repairs from my move in checklist done. The dishwasher, both sinks are still broken and the closet door is off. My bedroom flooded so i can't use it. Basically live in a studio but paying for a 1 bedroom. I was doubled charged for rent in July due to switching property management. Still haven't got my money back. Save yourself don't live here
If you love roaches, drug dealers, and repairs to take weeks this is the perfect place for you. Village Green offers a rotating staff of temps who have no idea how to get anything done. It took almost a week to get a working toilet, two weeks for a refrigerator, and over a month for a working dishwasher.... We were told they'd be replaced the day we signed the lease agreement. Our apartment roof leaked first time it rained almost destroying everything we own. Not only have the Village Green Apartments failed to repair the damage for a MONTH, but they refuse to do ANYTHING about us having to live in our living room for a month. Currently looking into contacting a lawyer about a possible lawsuit. Seriously I feel stupid for moving into this god awful place. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

HORRIBLE, stay next to meth dealers. AC goes out frequently for days and leasing office doesn't do anything
