You like rats this is the place for you.. Happiest day of my life leaving here. Parking sucks!1111 And did I mention RATS!!!
This place is falling apart, and they work on the walls with asbestos inside, with no protections. The exterior walls are literally crumbling. They also charge pumped up water fees, trash etc. and all are run by the landlord, using immigrant labors under all different supposed different corporations. Bugs. Rats. No adherence to landlord tenant laws, and they don't give a hoot about any legally livable space. (They could care less about providing an apartment that is considered legally "habitable". In other words, if your apt gets flooded by what looks like a river in your living room, don't expect them to fix it. They may. The hey may not. You may not find out if they have decided for 3-4 years. Then, they'll send some unskilled laborer who has no tools or supplies, and may or may not know what he or she is doing. The managers are constantly changing. They are only onsite when they feel like it. No onsite manager. Be prepared to be ripped off. The

Dear Reviewer, this is the first we hear of any of these gripes. It's best practice to contact management to resolve issues, we also offer a 24 hr portal for maintenance requests. We fix all maintenance issues promptly. All our laborers go through a vigorous background check and are bonded and insured. The apartments are 100% habitable and actually quite beautiful and nice. They include all appliances and nice finishes. There is no asbestos in the walls, there are no rats or bugs except for bugs that live in the beautiful garden plants and trees, because it's nature. Management is in office daily from 9-6pm. Should you have any further questions or concerns we would be happy to address them and are always available to our tenants. Best -Cambridge Management
The ad for these two bedroom states the price is max. $1770 a month. When I called the number listed on this ad the woman who answered she said the two bedroom is really $1885 and only has one parking space.
the apartment is off a very busy street with heavy traffic. apartment itself is comfortable. I like the window in the kitchen.
