The front office is always professional and courteous and are able to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns. Rent prices a awesome and many units have incredible views. The complex is being constantly updated with new bright lighting at night, newer exterior paint, repaired asphalt. The leasing office has been updated as well. Safe secure mailboxes with easy access 24 hours a day.
Don’t move here. The area is great, but the upkeep is nonexistent and 2 staff members that recently left have contributed to a lot of the issues that new staff and residents are left to deal with. If I had to option to get out of my lease and get my money back I’d leave in a heartbeat.

The Fletcher Southlands is one of the best apartments I have seen so far, which is located within a quiet, clean, and pet friendly neighborhood! I loved everything about it. However, front desk customer service needs improvement!

We have been living here for over half a year now. We have had no issues what so ever. The staff and management are very attentive and communicative about anything happening in the complex. We have been very happy with our living situation here at the fletchers! Looking forward to a longer stay!

Not satisfied with management, & build quality as everything has been slowly falling apart since we moved in. I do like the amenities provided and 24 hour gym. I do wish that the Pool hours were longer. 10am-10pm seems odd to me for an apartment pool, I think 8am would be a good time to open.

This place has been headache after headache since I moved in. I’m surprised there’s so many good reviews (but they all share the same title so they’re probably fake) Parking is a nightmare, there’s 6 reserved/handicap spots in front of my building out of 12. And half the unreserved are taken up by abandoned cars. The building is poorly maintained and fixed in the cheapest way possible. My windows are so drafty that my heat bill is insane during the winter. The paint is peeling off everything and maintenance won’t do a thing about it. Management nickels and dimes you for everything. I’ve never paid so much in common area fees. My last apartment was about $30/month, here I pay about $200 a month, idk what the rent goes to cause it’s clearly not common area maintenance. The grounds are poorly kept, there’s dogs droppings everywhere. The pool is drained every month cause of some issue and that bill gets passed on to the tenants. There’s a reason there’s all new staff in the office every 4 months: this place sucks

I love it here, the management team are real people! They understand possible situations. They are loving and caring yet they bluntly keeps business professional, Any concerns I’ve had was fixed right away. Maintenance are trustworthy people, and I highly respect them. Community is very friendly and feels homey. Leasing office was professional and made clear of all the options that I have when it comes to leasing an apartment. They processed my files as efficiently as they could and were very responsive to my questions and most importantly my requests.

The Fletcher Apt, located in a beautiful neighborhood, is the best apt home I've ever lived in. Access to grocery shops & shopping malls makes it very special. Reasonable rental prices & very friendly staff. 100% Recommend.

I enjoy living at The Fletchers, neighbors are decent, animals are allowed, parking is free, with option to get a garage or covered parking...I like the options. Amenities are great! Love the coffee machine at the club house!

The Fletcher Southlands is so far a great community no issues with moving in. The leasing team and maintenance guys are awesome. Any problems that have come up were handled quickly.

I loved living at The Fletcher’s the staff was awesome Jennifer and Johanna when I needed help they helped me treated me with respect. It’s like a family community Fourth of July the staff gave the kids popsicles. I would recommend anybody to live here. ??

I have always felt welcomed at Fletcher Southlyns. The leasing management team including maintenance have always tried to look out for all of us. Theres no way to satisfy everyone but they strive for their best efforts. I am one of those that cannot complain and I love my team.
