As soon as you walk into the apartments at The Florence at Forest Park you're greeted with incredible windows that provide tons of natural light, no matter which part of the building you're in. You windows will have sturdy faux-wood blinds that simply require to be lifted and pulled down to operate (instead of the traditional corded blinds). The flooring in your apartment is wood-plank inspired- it'll be a beautiful neutral gray-wood look that compliments any kind of decor. You'll enjoy in-unit laundry from the Haier washer & dryer combo unit (and a FREE to use washer and dryer set available in all 3 floors), a Nest smart thermostat, and wireless internet already set up when you move-in! If you want to get out and about, you'll find great dining, shopping, and entertainment options very close by in the Central West End, Delmar Loop, or Forest Park area.
