Prime location in Wrigleyville. Closer to the lake so you will avoid the ruckus from the stadium and Clark street bars, but still close enough to venture to if you're up for it. Less than one minute walk from the grocery store, and less than ten minutes to the Red line. The apartment building is old, but with much character. Some walls and floors are slanted, bathtubs are old, but overall it's a cute unit. There are newly rehabbed kitchens, beautiful cupboard with lots of space. Hardwood floors and several large windows really glam the place up. For the price, this is one of the best you can find in the area.
