Things have gone downhill in the last six months with no effort to correct them. We pay a lot of money to live here. It should be a better environment and experience.
So far so good! Safe community. Quiet for the most part and very close to everything! I really enjoy all of the amenities as well. The coffee station is a must!

Very disappointed on how the management on the property doesn’t care about how it is maintained. They also don’t in force any of the rules all they do is just send out emails reminding every one of what not to do. There are people that smoke cigarettes and pot on the property and nothing is ever done about it. With the amount of rent they are charging more needs to be done. The dog waste cans are still not being empty on a regular basis they are overflowing a lot. The lack of cleaning on the property is very bad there.

10/10 love living here so much. Since we’re in building 1000, we literally have all of the amenities at our doorstep and couldn’t be happier. My only complaints are people that don’t clean up after their pets and use the pet waste stations as trash cans but that’s okay!

I’ve been living at this Apartments for about a year and overall, my experience has been positive. The location is ideal, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe both day and night. The building itself is well-maintained, with modern layouts and plenty of natural light, though the walls are a bit thin, making noise from neighbors occasionally noticeable. The amenities are great, including a gym, rooftop lounge, and a pool, all of which are kept clean and functional. Parking is secure, and the in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. The management team is friendly and responsive; when I had a minor maintenance issue, they addressed it quickly. While there are some small downsides, like the noise, I would still recommend Foundry at Mashburn Village to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

So far it s been great. The maintenance crew are on point with repairs we may have needed and extremely helpful. The cleaning crew that cleans the apartments/ townhomes really need to be checked up on. They did not do a good job at all when we moved in.

Community was wonderful at first, nice and quiet and peaceful. A few months in it stared to get no so pleasant. I work from home, and the noise level is unpalatable, from dogs barking all day to door being slammed and kids running up and down hallway .

Overall, this is a great place to live! The walk around the apartments is enjoyable, and the workout facility is excellent. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests. However, the steps and corridors could use some improvement—perhaps adding carpet or fresh paint would make the area look much better.

I am very disappointed in the management of the property. They are taking a very hands-off approach to how the property is maintained. For a property that is only three years old, there are a lot of areas that are extremely dirty, and management is not doing anything about it. I pay a lot of money to live, and it is very disappointing to see the lack of care for the property. I also feel that management is not doing enough to enforce the rules and hold people accountable for these actions. It is very disappointing to see that no action is being taken to hold people accountable for disrespecting the property. Things need to change with management soon.

Overall decent experience living here. The apartments themselves are really nice. Haven't had any problems with bugs, or anything like that. The neighbors have been a different matter. There are quite a few inconsiderate neighbors who just do nit care about the rules or the property itself. They just kinda do what they want and let everyone else pay the price. Unfortunately, this isn't something that the office can really do much about. Overall good apartments, just a few annoyances.

Overall the community is a very nice place. The people are very cordial and accommodating. I just moved in and have only ran into a few snags thus far. It’s my first apartment and having a newly found independence is great. In having a disability many other apartments in this area were not as appealing. Especially for the money. Nor were they willing to match The Foundry. Plus, here they willing to give a break on deposits with their preferred employer incentives.

I just moved into the complex and overall the place is very nice. I’ve already met some super nice people. However, I have a few grievances. 1. Fob doesn’t work to my building or gate. 2. Call box not working at my building and name still not listed. 3. Didn’t get trash can till 3.5 days later of moving in. And 4. No handicapped parking with ramp access due to motorcycles parked illegally where ramp goes. So, I have resorted to parking in opposite side of my building. I’m hoping this is just a fluke and not a regular occurrence.

So far the move in has been very smooth and the staff is excellent! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and couldn’t be happier with the amenities.

I hav lived here for almost two years. The apartments are clean and pretty well maintained. The maintenance team solves issues within a good time frame.
