This office is amazing! I love the office and the people who work there. They’re great help with anything I’ve need. The pool is also amazingggggg.

There aren't enough stars to give The Foundry! My family and I moved in to our beautiful apartment in June. When my husband and I came and tour the property in May, our guide Andrea was super nice and helpful with the application process. They told us in the beginning the move in dates were going to be mid July but then called us a couple hours later to let us know they had an apartment available for June (we were super excited). We had one issue after moving and the staff took care of it immediately. They were super kind and helpful when we reported the problem. We have not had any more problems and I'm confident if we do they will take care of it. The staff is super kind. They had an Ice cream day where they rode around the complex handing out ice cream to the residents and I had just had surgery so they delivered mine and my 6 yr old sons ice cream to our apartment so we didn't miss out. Ms. Taylor and and Ms. Maddie were so caring to do that. I never thought I would in enjoy living in an apartment but my experience has been so great.

The Foundry is one of the best places I’ve lived at they are so nice and have lots of events they have throughout the month the apartments look amazing also. They gave lots of different things like a dog park that my dogs really enjoy. This place is great

The gates are broken and in one night 12 cars were broken into. Cameras have no access.

I had a great experience leasing my new apt with Taylor and Kaitlyn! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions during the application. They were so friendly and welcoming when you walk in the office i have already started referring my friends and colleagues!

I just recently moved in and have to say that I thoroughly enjoy living at the foundry. My roommates and I get along and I utilize the gym everyday. Taylor and Jalyse work in the office and handle all of my concerns. Best management team I’ve dealt with.

The front office people are great people. They are really helpful. They made move in day a smooth transition and overall I’m thankful for them.

I had a relatively pleasant experience, despite the staff, the construction, the selective enforcement of lease violations (I see one manager replied on here that they take them seriously, but when I complained about trash in the hallways I was told it's impossible to truly enforce, same with the pet waste littering the complex). However, since renewing my lease in July, I've been met with a different side of the staff. The internet went out, so I'm unable to work. I can't pay my rent. I have exhausted myself reaching out to WhiteSky to get this rectified, but until they replace a part I'm just out of luck. So I'm facing eviction soon more than likely. Setting up a payment plan requires you to pay half the rent in advance, but I've used up all of my savings to buy equipment that was supposed to get me back to work (this was before I was even told it was a bad part on their end, I thought my port was bad). There's zero help in this instance. The staff don't care, but they'll thank me for my patience while clipping an eviction notice to my door. If you expect humanity from humans, then look elsewhere. This place is all about getting that money, and you are just a name on a sheet of paper to them. As far as I know, nobody but myself have called WhiteSky to attempt to expedite this issue.

As a college student, The Foundry has provided a quality place to stay that doesn't break the bank. The new amenities look amazing and I can't wait to use them! The front office staff is so helpful and kind every time I have interacted with them. Maintenance is extremely quick to resolve any issues and they really do fix the issues. My experience here has been so amazing!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for housing near Carrollton!

I love everything about living at the Foundry (fomerly Timbercrest). The welcome was amazing. The staff welcoming. The apartment extremely clean, warm, inviting and felt like a real home. I finally feel like I am living somewhere reputable and worthy of being called my home. The management and staff possess high standards and will deliver just that to its residents. They actually treated me like a normal human being and ensured my experience here so far has been the best I have had since I started renting. I am happy and content in my new home/living environment and I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff of The Foundry who have all gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth move in process and living experience. Thank you all for restoring my faith in the renting process. You all are greatly appreciated. Please keep up the good work. This comes from the very genuine heart of an extremely satisfied customer. I would recommend this apartment complex to all interested. Trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed.

Courtney and Taylor are always so sweet. Anytime I come up there, they are always so helpful and patient. In addition, they are very polite to everyone that comes in.

Do not move here. Worst decision I made of my life. New management team needed immediately

Listen to all the previous reviewers. If you’re think we’re exaggerated we’re not. You’ve been warned. Something shady is always going on with this place. Every worker talks to you like you’re their homeboy or homegirl. No customer service at all. Apartments look nothing like show rooms. These are the cheapest apartments for a reason.

Living at Timbercrest sucks! The representatives here are beyond futile. Especially when it comes to sorting residents’ mail. I mean how hard is it to sort mail CORRECTLY! Literally yesterday I went there to pick up my packages only to find out that one of my packages was “supposedly” not there in their mail room. May I add that Timbercrest has set steps for when residents’ mail arrives. Whenever packages arrive Timbercrest shoots residents an email stating the arrival of their packages. Which is the very reason I knew my package was there. The package’s tracking code is even in the email. How are you going to tell me my package has not arrived after you send me an email stating it has after scanning the package’s tracking code?!!! That doesn’t make any sense. I smell a lie somewhere. Either you lost my package, gave it away to another resident, or your staff members are too reckless to sort mail right. Whatever the case is a change is desperately needed!!!!! This is truly sad, a person spends all this money to stay here only to receive HORRIBLE mail service. Really? REALLY?

I have lived year for over a year and just started my 2nd lease which I now instantly regret renewing. I lived here during a management change which started OK- better internet, better maintenance. As the new management settled in the welcome wore off quickly. The property is notorious for towing guests and distributes very few guest passes. My roommate lost his and the office refused to replace it. Regardless, the front gate barely works and when it does work, the call box certainly doesn't. Doesn't matter though, it's rare for me to drive in without someone speeding in tailgating behind me. The units themselves aren't bad. Living area is spacious, decent amenities, bedrooms and closets are cramped though. It is clear they were cheaply built and have aged poorly. I live on the top floor and the AC can barely keep up with the summer heat, and is poorly insulated for the winter. I've also never taken a shower without standing water. You are assigned by room, not unit. So you can end up with a completely random person in the room next to you. I had someone lined up to take my roommate's spot when he moved out but the office assigned some random even after my guy signed a lease. The office changed it after a few phone calls but the headache wouldn't have been necessary if it wasn't for this management's inefficiency. They are very poor at enforcing their own policies but will look for any way to nickel and dime you, whether it's over garbage, pets, utilities. This would be more understandable if there was any level of consistency. I've watched trash sit on a neighbor's stoop for weeks without a word, but I've moved a trash bag outside while cleaning and within hours opened my door to find a lease violation. Management and maintenance also have no problem just walking in your unit. I've heard a knock on the door and had barely enough time to throw something on before I had visitors in my kitchen. The whole property itself smells like marijuana. The gym: laughable. The pool: dirty. The management can be difficult to reach if you actually need to talk to someone, and typically the only action taken is being told my concerns are "noted." All in all, this is a cash grab trap for college students who will sign a lease because of its cheap rates, but very quickly find they're locked in to a raw deal. I plan to move out of this place the first chance I get.

This is the last place you want to live it. The staff members do not care one bit. The rooms are disgusting. I moved in with stains on carpets, holes in the living room carpet and couches. My shower was completely clogged when i moved in. Drying machine was completely broken and it took 2 months to get it repaired. The gate NEVER works out front, but you're paying for it.And lastly, they are known for towing cars they are parked perfectly legally. My truck was towed, and i was parked perfectly legally. This is the last apartment complex i would recommend.

They don't care about your complaints or enforcing the law. The empty room in our apartment was filled with a random student who smokes weed everyday and has his girlfriend moved in with him. She comes in on her own key and just act like she lives here without any respect to the guest policy. They don't care to enforce their own "no smoking" rules or even the laws regarding marijuana and occupancy. They won't enforce the lease, they'll just tell you that they "noted the issues" but won't do a thing about it. So if you're into living in a place that won't care about enforcing rules then live here, otherwise avoid this place. It doesn't matter that they're under new management. The only redeeming quality of the new management is faster maintenance.

The flats are extremely nice. College student and family friendly. The maintenance staff Ian's management are all wonderful people. Highly recommend living here!
