The Fountains

Do not rent or buy. Nothing works. They don’t fix anything always excuses. Rats and bugs. Water problems. Air doesn’t work half the time because they refuse to replace boilers that they were told were old years ago. Trash shutes didn’t work over a month causing more rodents. They charged me $300!fee just to move in the building which you are supposed to get back and i still haven’t gotten it years later. Management turn over often. Vandals in the garages because the doors don’t work half the time. Everything is old and keys have to be used in 3 doors before you can even get in. The keys often break because of the doors. $100 fee to replace keys. Graffiti in the stairways because they aren’t secure nor are the outer doors people come in all the time. Don’t believe the good reviews. Either it’s people trying to sale and get out or people trying to rent and get you in. HOA fees are extremely high and it’s luge we live in the projects. If you have pets don’t move here they don’t like pets in this building. The older residents think they rule the building and are very rude on nosey. It’s hell here

Always problems in this building. Still problems 06-05-22. Management doesn’t do there job. Board consist of people that aren’t chosen but dictate what goes on which isn’t beneficial to residents. Rat problems because trash shoot is constantly breaking, water always turned off to be fixed, old boilers never work properly, elevators constantly going out, air always going out, 2 recent fires causing issues. Months and months later Lobby still not fixed and it’s an eye sore. Nothing is ever done about problems. You burn up in summer air never works properly. Packages get lost or given to the wrong people. No parking in a parking lot made for 30 people in a building with hundreds. No street or parking lot parking ever. The same cars sit in spots for weeks. They have people putting good reviews they are fake. Anyone can take a picture of the view at night and say how nice it is. Actually living here is a pain. Thus building isn’t pet friendly either. They want you to walk your dog out of the basement. You can’t go in the front of building. No dog park or area. Very rude staff and elder residents who police every breath you take. The cleaning and lobby staff are nice though. They know how management is. They know all the problems we deal with. It’s management and board members who need to be overhauled. They blame renters and that’s not the problem. Management is the problem. These issues have been going on for years and continue. Don’t buy here and don’t rent you will regret it. If you go on the actual Fountains page i provided pics in the review there

Great Place to live. My family and I have been living at the Fountains Condominium for may years and love it here. All the utilities are included in the condo fees (gas, water, trash, electricity). Other amenities include, swimming pool, barbeque area, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, party room. It is located in a great location and close to I395. There is a Landmark Plaza Shopping center across the street with a Giant grocery store, Total wine, ABC liquor, Marshalls, Ross, Hobby Lobby, Auto Zone, Dollar Tree, LA Fitness Gym, Pizza hut, Quickway Hibachi, Chipotle, Subway, Rice and Spice, Szechuan Delight, Valentinos Italian. Arbys, Boston Market, and many more.
