All of concierges are very kind, warm, and helpful. Mentenance trys quick responce always. Leasing office members are always trying to meet my needs. I am so happy to live here.

Maintenance personnel are available at all times. They are very friendly and concerned you have everything you need fixed. They are Awesome!!

Poor security, deteriorating appearance, an upstairs neighbor who uses his apartment as a weightlifting gym and as a result is extremely loud and discourteous (and nothing is done to stop him), and a neighbor down the hall who regularly smokes illegal substances (and nothing is done to stop them).

I like that the number of residents is fairly low compared to many other high rise complexes so it feels more like a community.

The new amenities make this community exactly what it should be! When we toured a few years ago we were a little disappointed with the price and very few amenities, now it exceeds the expectation with the current special pricing.

I love the location and the staff is SUPERB. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy the people. The physical unit shows its age. Whether it is the millwork, the tile, the leaky shower, the plumbing fixtures. The ownership must consider what is a luxury building within the parameters of today's Houston's luxury market. Apartments cannot go a decade without significant upgrading and still be luxury.

Again, interiors need updating as they are showing their age. The location, staff and common are upgrades are first-class.

i like the fact that the apartments are only on one side and there are no apartments directly across the hall. the size of the apt is another good feature. However, the bath tub is outdated and anyone over 20 would find them hard to enter/exit. they take up space that could be better used for storage. the pool is impractical - very tight space on the roof, when it could have been located on the top of the garage with more usable space surrounding it. right now, it's hard to navigate around it without thinking one small misstep and in you go! i would use it more if it were better situated. Also, the walls and the baseboards on the floors need painting and repair. the baseboards are gouged from moving and the carts, the walls are marked, the grout is coming out of the floors in the elevators, in short, the building is beginning to show its age and wear and tear. there are a lot of newer buildings being constructed around us, and a little facelift would be nice.

All staff are kindness and room is quiet. neighborhood is good. location is very useful for everything.

I would recommend but with some hesitation considering some of the staffing issues and the units being so dated. The community and amenities are wonderful but these other concerns are big ones to me.

Because the building is not massive, like others, the staff actually knows the residents.The building itself is pretty, great amenities( gym membership) and great location.
