The Four Seasons

I have had the absolute pleasure of calling the Four Seasons Apartment Community in East Providence, RI, my home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! One of the standout features of living here is the sense of community fostered by the fantastic events organized throughout the year. The staff goes the extra mile to plan fun and engaging activities that bring everyone together. These events have not only provided me with memorable experiences but have also allowed me to connect with my neighbors in a way that goes beyond typical apartment living. It truly feels like a close-knit, supportive community. Moreover, the property itself is beautifully maintained. The grounds are immaculate, and any maintenance concerns are handled swiftly and efficiently. It's evident that the management team takes pride in creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for all residents. I can confidently say that I love living at the Four Seasons Apartment Community. Its more than just a place to live; it's a home where the staff cares about your well-being and where the sense of community is truly cherished. If your looking for a place to call home in East Providence, look no further - the Four Seasons is the epitome of top-notch apartment living!

Timothy and Donna are fantastic and friendly, always with quick responses. Bob takes care of all maintenance requests quickly. Very well kept, beautiful land, and nice pool for residents. We are very comfortable and happy here and rent is very reasonable compared to surrounding areas without being too far from the city. Highly recommend!

I contacted The four seasons spoke with Diane and setup and appointment to see one of the available apartments. Diane changed my appointment 3 times. The original appointment suppose to be 11:00 am and then she changed to 1:00 pm and then to 3:00 pm. I told her to please confirm one time I can't keep changing dates. I have other comermets in my schedule. And the worst part was when I arrived to the site after I drove 40 minutes from Norwood to East providence see the apartment at 3:00 pm she was not there and the she showed up 15 minutes after and told me I am sorry we rented the apartment this morning. She even did not even bother to call me and let me know that apartment was rented. it was really a terrible experience.

I have lived hear for years. Grounds maintenance is terrible. There are pest control problems that are not properly dealt with. The pool always has maintenance issues. The smell in hallways and permeating in apartments is horrible and not dealt with. Staff is snobby and rude. The office is not always open during normal posted always or the staff is too busy to help you. The complex discriminates against children playing anywhere on the complex. Not worth the money you pay.

I had just been apartment hunting for a day and it did not take me much of a time to find this apartment - Four Seasons at East providence. Most of the times I go for looks and get disappointed once I am fixed in. This was a lovely place and I fell in love the veryfirst time I toured the place. Four Seasons is definitely a place which I would recommend to my friends and family. Donna from the leasing office helped me out find my dream two bedroom apartment and these people definitely treat everyone with love.

Unlike any other Apartments property the four seasons answer the call within two days . If you have something needs to be fixed, the maintaince guy well come fix it. IF you want to catch a ferry to downtown, you have a bus stop within 3min distance. The place is quite at night which is perfect for students. There's a gym, pool, tennis court and a laundry on sight. Also there are restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance. You get your own parking spot and heat is included. All this under 1000$.

I recently moved to Four Seasons and I can't even begin to tell you what a nightmare it has been. Stay away from the garden level aparement! For the amount of money I pay you would think I wouldn't have any complaints and if I did they would be addressed. For the past 4 months I have lived in apartment that constantly floods and the showers ( 2 bathrooms) at least once a month I have sewage backup. Yes you have read that correctly! Sewage! It does not even need to be raining for this to happen. After months of maintenance tracking dirt inside my apartment who had dirt stained carpets to begin with I still have no resolution to what the problem is. I would only suggest you move here if you have a section 8 voucher. For the amount of money you pay move next door to Kent Farms. It's cheaper and cleaner!
