I have lived here since the property opened. I have seen the staff change. I have dealt with Donna and Claudia for years. I can honestly say this current staff is so friendly and way to talk to no matter what the issue might be. Maintenance is friendly and is quick to fix anything you put in a work order for. Kevin doesn’t just come in and repair stuff but he actually gets to know you. The property is quiet for the most part but remember it is apartment living. The staff is always trying to improve things here and try their best to do fun things for the tenants to win prizes or do fun things for the kids. No place you live will ever be perfect but this property is so much better then others in the area.

The team here at The Fred leasing office is so pleasant work with! Donna was the first person I had contact with and she has always been so helpful with everything we've ever needed. I enjoy the level of professionalism and understanding they have to offer. I've lived in two seperate apartments here at the Fred and the transition from one unit to the other was basically flawless. We needed to downsize and they worked everything out for us and even let us pick from two different units after showing! We just needed to sign a new lease and it was done. They will easily answer any questions you have and always remain patient while doing so! Even down to the maintenance team, they are very nice and have always been so quick to fix any maintenance tickets we have. My family was blessed to find such an amazing property management company to rent from especially during this difficult time! I love how involved they are with holding special events and giving tenants and their children the opportunity to participate in different activities. They offer competitive prices for the area and the amenities we have access to are truly amazing! The overall vibe here is really relaxing and peaceful and that is something everyone should look for surrounding their place of residence!

Lived here for almost a year and renewed my lease. The staff is all friendly, understanding, and welcoming. The prices are great. Neighbors mind their business for the most part. And maintenance is pretty responsive.The apartments themselves look better on the inside and outside then the other apartments around.After living in Montgomery County and Washington DC there is definitely nothing I can complain about.

I just moved in and its beautiful clean great place to live. Jason and Erika were great with following up ! Kevin from maintenance is fast and efficient and polite.

I am very optimistic about being approved for my new apartment at the Fred Apartment Homes. Miss Donna and Jason were both pleasant and very helpful during the entire process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff is wonderful. Donna, Claudia, Erika and Jason are very helpful to me and my family. Kevin, Gary and Armando keep everything working and looking good all year. My Grand children love the pool and my grandson has learned to swim this summer. Very happy living here.

I just moved to the Fred apartments a week ago. I have to say Donna is very awesome she worked with me every step of the way and so is the rest of the staff.I thank u all.

The community is great? Very quiet, friendly neighbors and seems to be safe. The leasing/office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff is helpful and maintains the property well. Donna is very professional, patient and accommodating. She made the entire application process from the beginning to the end easy and simple (viewing the apartment, signing the lease and move-in date) It is conveniently located to many food establishments and grocery stores. I would recommend my family and friends to seek out residents here. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at home.

Nice apartment. Lots of paperwork but who can enjoy when everyone in the office is rude and nosey.

They take advantage of people, my parents lived there for 1 year. They left the place in great condition. Somehow they were charged $480 not including their direct deposit for the electric stove having scratches on it. Everyone knows that electric stoves get regular wear and tear on it because its flat. My mom cooks just like an average person and not on a everyday basis. This is so unfair, they really did this because my parents are kind people and they know they will not put up a fight. This is the 2nd review I am writing because my initial review was deleted. If you decide to move here I would recommend that you use a personal stove or just dont cook at all.

My family and I are pleased with our new place and the whole process. Everyone in the leasing office (especially Adrianna) was extremely helpful and got us into our place in less than a week! There is a lot of paper work but they help you along the way and ensure you don’t skip anything which makes the process a lot smoother.

fui con mi esposo hace 2 meses pague los 100 dólares llenamos los papeles y le dije que me iba a mover el 3 de julio y llame un montón de veces a ver como esta mi aplicación y jamás estuvo ellos llamaron a mi jefe y el les respondió y hoy 2 de julio ella llamo como a las 5 a decirme que mi jefe no le respondió cuando es mentira el día sábado el me dijo que le había respondido y quizás mañana no me mueva voy a tener que esperar hasta q se dignen a terminar un trabajo de hace 2 meses atrás

I submitted an application for the Fred's Last month sometime given that I don't want to move till June 1st. They knew that I wanted to move around that time. I've called many times to see about my application status and still nothing. Everytime I call its always "they sent it back to us we just have to do minor things". They have all the information from me and my roommate. I don't understand why the process takes so long. When you have people that are trying to move in a certain frame I feel like you should keep people up to date about everything. So people will know if they have to look elsewhere. I love the Fred's Apartment but I am not pleased with the process. I really hope to hear from you guys sooner then later this is getting very frustrating for me at this point.

Applied here with my girlfriend. They strung us along for 4 weeks then told us that they lost my girlfriends pay statement. We made another copy and they lost it again! We asked to speak with a manager and of course we were told she was on vacation for a week. We told them that we were not interested and they said they would not refund our $100 application fee. After they finally agreed to refund the fee they stated that it would take 45 days and be a check in the mail. Dishonest staff would not recommend. Beware!!!
