Property Ratings at The Fredrick
The apartment is in a beautiful location, it’s close to OHSU and is close to the freeway. There is also a plaid pantry and a Thai food place close by. However there are some issues with the apartment management, it is very hard to contact the office with questions by phone or email. If you get into contact with the sister office, which is highly likely as Autumn in the on site office is hard to get a hold of, they can’t answer your questions for you. Maintenance is rather slow with helping resolve issues in the apartment, but they do quality work once they do come to help. The pet policy is out of date on this website as well, it has since gone up in price, so don’t expect the prices you see here. There’s also a huge, steep hill you have to go up (and down) if you’re in the apartments closest to the leasing office, it’s very hard to get up if it rains heavily or snows, hopefully your car is new and all wheel drive. When they’re doing road work there’s a big delay if you try to get out normally, so if you see construction workers I would plan to leave 20 minutes earlier. While the apartment has its upsides, there are some issues that should be taken into consideration when looking at this apartment.
I love these apartments the view to the city is gorgeous. I love the trails and the insides to the apartments are pretty nice. Every one there is super nice. It feels very open and free.
This property has beautiful views also a wonderful trail to hike. Close to the college, so easy commuting. Has a club house that feels like a home, with beautiful decor. Very quiet, away from busy streets.
Do you want to live in an apartment building that has ticking going on all hours of the night that they claim is from their heating so they don't have to do anything about it and you get about 3 hours of sleep a night? (I have videos if you wish to hear them) Do you want to slip and fall on ice on their steps 3 days after the ice storm because they claim that no one can make it up the hill to clean the steps? (I have pictures from 3 days after) Do you want to live in a building that the temp will randomly spike up to 80º and you have no control of the temp? (pictures to prove that as well) Do you want to live in an apartment that still has asbestos in the ceilings? (but since they tell you in the lease....) Well I have the perfect apartment complex for you!! Located past OHSU campus so if there's any ice you can't go to work!
