Property Ratings at The Gables at Brownlea
The worst ever! The neighbors smoke weed and you can smell it in your unit. The staff is helpful but if it’s a situation regarding your neighbors they act clueless! They don’t want to help! I hate my neighbors and they smoke weed and play loud music! The parking is terrible! The visitors park wherever and the people who play rent have to walk sometimes two units over to get home! I can’t wait till my lease is up so I can move!! I absolutely hate it here
