Property Ratings at The Gables at Veterans
-dirty property -high costs with literally NO value -rude and disrespectful staff -there's a groundworker who walks around and pretends to pick up trash and poop, but doesn't (i noticed and backtracked to double check) -doesn't enforce parking regulations -parking passes are trash in itself - used to restrict amenities and rentals to residence only, but if it gets them an extra dollar they open it to the public (unsafe)
Beware! The walls and floors are paper thin and paint is terrible. The worst part is the noise and partying. It seemed like a good place for professional adults to live but it seems to be a place for college students who want to party. 10 people in an apartment up all night partying, bringing all of their friends to the pool and swimming in their underwear and smoking dope out in the parking lot. No parking available on a Saturday night.
The Gables Apartments are very beautiful. The inside of the apartments as well as the outdoor landscaping and cleanliness of the property are top notch. The management staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and always willing to help. There is a great community feel at The Gables, and I could not have asked for a happier place to reside. I would highly recommend living at The Gables to anyone who is looking for a new home!
