Property Ratings at The Gabriel
This is a new build that has a lot of ongoing construction. Construction has operated 7 days a week and is often right outside of the wall/windows/doors of certain units with extremely loud, ongoing noise. There have not been any emails or communication of timing of scheduled constructions e.g. a project will occur on Monday from 7a-11a to be able to plan around. The time frame for allowed construction per apartment staff is starting at 7am and going until 11pm daily. So, there can be loud construction noise right outside your apartment unit daily from early morning lasting until late at night. If you have children, work from home, have any visitors, work evenings/nights, have an animal, this should be noted.

Hello Irene, We do sincerely apologize for this disruption that ongoing construction may be causing you. As previously discussed in our email threads, yes, we are under construction as we are a brand-new property. Sometimes the construction is outside of our control as issues may arise without war ning. We have asked for communication for any active construction and unfortunately, we are not always notified. The lease does discuss in detail the construction policies and addendum and this may be a potential occurrence and we are following Madison County Restrictions. Thus far, I am very satisfied with my experience at the Gabriel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the grounds have been very well maintained. This has been a very quiet property.

This is a 5 star community, the team and complex layout are phenomenal. It’s both peaceful and lively and the perfect destination to be close everything in Madison. No other complex can compete!

With all the apartments popping up in Huntsville these last few years, The Gabriel stands out as a well thought out smaller community. This is an ideal location with a quiet neighborhood in proximity to shopping and services. The pool, gym, and pet amenities are gorgeous and generous. With the current management staff, I expect the quality of this location will be maintained.
The Gabriel is an excellent apartment complex That has no shortage of amenities. The three bedroom apartments have spacious bedrooms and a massive kitchen that makes feeding my two kids and I a breeze. Being a single parent isn’t always easy, but the Gabriel makes my life more convenient and allows me to spend more quality time with my kids.
