dogs way bigger than the size limit, leaving their poop in the grass. a couple break-ins nearby first in cars then in vacant units. "community" lacking gates, keep your doors closed.
Dirty buildings inside and out. Frequent water shut offs and apparently robberies. Looked nice and I was desperate. Id attach screenshots if I could.
Such a clean and quite community, apartments are very nice and spacious! Great area! Brenda and Janet are fantastic! The rest of the office personnel as well!
2018 lives here 27 years. I cannot afford to live anywhere else. all my medical needs nearby. yes it shows wear and tear here, but they TRY to fix up....not enough maintenance workers for over 300 apts. Increased vandalism lately. You do get what they say you do in advertisement. 1 review states the staff has changed, and she told the truth about attitude bad. That is SAD' They did offer to upgrade my apt.,I cannot move all out of it. I found a routine to do when water is off, works for me. I AM COMFORTABLE here...my home
They have the worst staff in the world! So rude and don't help you with anything. The flooring is horrible you can hear your neighbors every move..
We've lived at the Galleria for almost 4 years now. When we first moved in, rent was more affordable. It's gone up quite a bit since then, forcing us to look for an apartment elsewhere. Pros: -Neighbors are very friendly, everyone knows each other -Complex is nice and quite - feels safe for the most part -Yard work is done weekly -Plenty of trees -Pools are almost always clean Cons: -Cost of rent keeps increasing -Little to no natural light in bottom floor apartments -No gym, parks/play equipment (VERY BORING for a stay at home mother!) -Maintenance is absolutely terrible! They're quick to show when a problem arises, but the issue is never completely resolved. We've had to notify the office so many times,we finally gave up. -YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! These apartments are NOT the nicest. Out-dated appliances, awful flooring, etc.
It is an older apartment, works off a boiler system and I enjoyed the 2 years, but I want to upgrade to a new beautiful apartment.
The leasing staff could be friendly but also many times lacked the ability to offer "customer service" and treated tenants as if they were a bother. The manager hardly ever left her desk and that was probably the reason the property was in such poor condition. There was a lot of mature landscaping but so much of it was dying because of lack of water. The trees weren't trimmed properly so there were many that blew over in storms and olives dropped all over the sidewalks. They allow pets but aren't what I would call pet friendly and hate stray cats. I had problems in my apartment all the time and maintenance was prompt but always left their mess behind. Insulation is very poor in these apartment so expect high utility bills. The property manager also is not a very empathetic person and tends to compare herself with others placing other people in the position of feeling less than. I always found her very difficult to talk to if I had a problem. It seemed that no matter what it was she turned it back to me. If my ceiling leaked and ruined my furniture it was my fault I didn't get renters insurance. Nothing was said to the effect of an apology that I had an inconvenience of a leaky ceiling all night and a sopping wet floor. This was her type of attitude all the time. One agent, I will call Andrea, was the one that should have been the manager, worked in the office at times and I do not understand why she was overlooked for that position. The complex does have a nice park for the kids and transportation for seniors with the city. They have constant water shut offs from old water pipes.
I live with my 22 year old sister & mother. There's nothing wrong with my apartments except there is not enough room for 3 grown women in a two bedroom apartment. I am 24 years old and a dialysis patient I'm on a fixed income due to my medical bills so to sign up for free rent for lifetime or even for a year was a no brainer!!
