The Gallery Apartments

Just moved in over the weekend and am very happy with the apartment and the overall complex it is very nice and has plenty o great amenities!

The Gallery Apartments are a very nice place to live. Since moving in, I have enjoyed utilizing the pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna. They are always very clean and a fun place to be! I also was surprised at how the sizes of the bedrooms are very similar and a nice space to live in. They are not too small and both rooms have good-sized closets. I also enjoy how close it is to the UND campus, it will make it easy to get to class on time!

Its a safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood which is super important to me. It's a great place to raise a family, and its really spacious which is great for kids.

Is a little older and could use some renovations, but for the price and amenities it is a good fit. Had some pre-move-in problems with my apartment and they were handled.

They have spacious rooms. They also have things to do. Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

The Gallery Apartments are a good price for the property. The floors and carpet seem new and the size of my one bedroom apartment is generous - bigger than my last two bedroom one! I am excited to use the pools and my apartment balcony. The location is great for me as UND student as well. The only downside I see to the apartments is the small kitchen. The appliances are great, there just is not much counter space.

Upon our appointment on our move in day, Valerie the leasing agent made our move in process as simple as possible. We got all our questions answered and were told of all the awesome amenities. The IMM website made it very easy to make payments. Overall a great experience.

The Gallery Apartments are in a wonderful location. There are schools and churches close by and they have an excellent bike path along the English Coulee. The Fitness Center is great and the swimming pools are nice. It is important and great to have a manager on site. Thanks for the enjoyable place to live. Billie Dixon, Renter

If you work full time or attend school full time, the Gallery Apartments are a good fit. The pool is clean, the exercise room has the basics - tread mills, dumb-bell weights and a a flat bench, it may not give you a full body workout but it will do if you don't have time for the gym. The buildings are quiet and the people are friendly, snow is plowed out of the parking lot as soon as it stops snowing.

3 Stars - The Gallery Apartments best qualities are the swimming pool, sauna, and exercise room (which I do not use), however, I only rate them 3 stars for the rent is a bit high for the quality. The apartments are old for the floors are “wavy”. Sometimes it is hard to place furniture or a table without having to place something under one of the legs. The cabinets and bathrooms are dated but are fine. The kitchen is tight for two people to share the cooking duties. The “master” bedroom and bath are good sized but the bathroom have no outlet and the shower door leaks each time the shower is used and water runs under the tiles. IMM maintenance has tried fixing the problem several times but nothing has worked. The window in the “master” bedroom is doubled paned but most windows in the 2nd bedroom are still single paned. The laundry room (3 washers/3 dryers) is nice enough though a washer or dryer is out of order frequently and those washers and dryers are for the whole building. So one load of laundry may take you several hours to complete.

Big space for the price, good location for off campus students, Fairly quiet community.

Buildings are fairly quiet, tenants are respectful of one another and maintenance requests are completed quickly. Very close to campus for students, especially aerospace. The buildings are older, however in my case the flooring had been redone. The landlady has always been helpful with rent questions. Laundry rooms sometimes have an out of order machine which can cause inconvenience, but they do get repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

Why is it good? The apartment itself keeps our belongings safe and our bodies warm/cold. There are bathrooms and bedrooms and a kitchen. The heat and air conditioners work. There is minimal wired internet, no wifi though. However, onsite management could be improved. There is a No Parking area in front of the building which is not enforced, apparently, because the building workers park there routinely and I've called when I've been blocked in and been told to suck it up, basically, because either it's evening or weekend. Which leads to the parking problem. In the winter, my spot is unusable, I learned, unless I shovel it out myself. Additionally, laundry facilities have posted hours of use, but every time, literally 100% of the time, I have tried to use the washer within 45 minutes of the posted open time, the room has still been locked. That is both weekdays and weekends, by the way. I've even gone down as late as an hour after the posted time and still had them locked. Usually to get something done, unless it's literally a legal violation such as smoke detector issues, we have had to wait until I've followed up a few times or actually given up on something being repaired. Basically, the apartment itself is adequate, but all the other advertised wonders would get 1, maybe 2 stars on a good day.

The tenants are nice and respect you when you have questions when you submit a ticket to maintenance they come within the week the appliances work well within the apartments despite them being older it had an indoor pool and hot ub
