No free coffee service in the building, on the other hand there are lots of free services about beverages for residents other apartments in DC.

Great experience, they make sure the residents are happy! The building is safe and secure and everyone is professional and has great customer service!

From application to leasing the process has been pretty smooth and the staff always replies promptly or by next business day. Also, the amenities speak for themselves.

Problems are resolved quickly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the place feels safe. However, the biggest drawback is the thin walls, which allow sounds from neighbors and the gym to be heard. Noise is especially noticeable when people use the machine for flipping an artificial tractor wheel or drop heavy weights.

The Gantry offers numerous resident activities to promote community in addition to an exceptional level of cleanliness. The pet accommodations are great

I’m so glad I chose to move to The Gantry! I was looking for a studio or 1bd at a reasonable price that offered easy access to the metro and great amenities. Megan was so easy to work with and showed me 4 or 5 great options for apartments that were available on my timeline around my budget. Once I made my decision, the team helped me to move quickly on it. Living here has been great. The building is safe, the metro is a 5 minute walk around the corner, and the amenities can’t be beat.

The Gantry is an excellent community to live in. I've lived here for over two years and continue to enjoy living here. Above all is the excellent service provided by the administrative, concierge and maintenance staff. They're professional, welcoming and friendly. Amenities are excellent and maintained very clean. Location is outstanding, near a Metro station and a plethora of restaurants, bars, eating establishments, shops, supermarkets, small markets, etc. I strongly recommend The Gantry.

I’ve been here for about 2 months and I’m Loving my experience at the Gantry!! Everything was seemingly easy! The staff are very kind and helpful!!

The good staff - fantastic gym, most of front desk people very nice, close to metro., great maintace service. The bad staff - super noisy having apartment facing train track is a nightmare, security team is a joke, no security whatsoever, leasing office people are no help at all, parking is terrible

Overall I’ve been really happy in my apartment. The front desk staff and the leasing office are very helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself is nice. The common areas are clean and tidy. I don’t really have anything negative to say!

I had an excellent experience at Gantry Apartments! The leasing agent was amazing, making the move-in process smooth and seamless. All amenities were clearly explained, and the terms and promotions were spot on. Highly recommend!

So far, the resident experience has been great. The move in process was smooth and painless, and the staff have been very helpful in getting acclimated to the building. The amenities are even nicer in person than they seem online. Very happy so far!

The Good, The Bad and the Ugly with the leasing and move-in experience.

The neighbors upstairs have been incredibly noisy, and it's really starting to get on my nerves. The soundproofing in this building is so poor that I can hear everything they do, from footsteps to conversations, and it feels like there's no escape from the constant noise. It's becoming a real issue because it's affecting my ability to relax and focus at home. I've tried to ignore it, but the lack of proper sound insulation makes it nearly impossible to have any peace and quiet.

All my neighbors are friendly, polite and respectful (I have made many new friends in this building) every day I see different faces in the elevator and I am welcomed with a good morning, good afternoon and good night, I am happy to know that my neighbors are polite .

Amazing I love it… staff neighborhood and neighbors are fantastic… best part is that rooftop.. pool area I can’t get enough… hanging out with great residents.

The pool is a great place to get some fun and relax. Miss the pool chairs! The workout room is also a great break from the heat! Both are always clean.

Overall, the location of property is a huge benefit for me and I only hope and pray that we don’t get duped by another property claiming to be luxurious, affordable and safe and it’s not.

Best apartments and amenities in DC for a relatively good price given all the recent improvement to this neighborhood. Highly recommend living here.

I haven't lived here long, but the staff have all been very helpful and welcoming, from the front desk to the leasing office to security--the people are great. The building and unit amenities are exceptional, and you can't beat the location!

Terrible management. Staff do not respond to emails. Everyone is new and untrained. Nobody knows what’s going on.

We just recently moved into the Gantry DC and couldn't be happier with the process and the service we encountered with the leasing agent, Kaida, and the rest of the team and staff that have helped us through the process and during the first few days of move. Kaida was friendly and outgoing, gave us a great tour, and explained everything well -- she supported us through the paperwork process and answered all our questions. Was nice to deal with a friendly responsive person. Once move-in came, the front desk staff has been very friendly and accommodating, always friendly, as we went through the process of getting settled in. I get the sense this a great community to live in, and look forward to being quite happy hear. Thanks to all!

The Gantry is a nice building with great amenities.

There is no parking. People from leasing office will tell you anything to get you sign the lease. Waitlist is super long and there is pretty much only paid parking available (if you are lucky to find a spot). Front desk people are fantastic, people from leasing office are terrible. If you have balcony facing the railroad it will be super loud. There are several apartment buildings in the area with much better amenities.

Building itself is excellent but if you own a car make sure you understand “parking situation” in the area and come up with solution before signing the lease.

The Gantry is near everything that you could possibly want. The building has on site activities for the residents and is always clean.

The amenities can’t be beat, it’s in a fantastic location, the appliances are top notch, and my dog loves the dog park

The Gantry is AMAZING! If you are wondering about living here - do it. From the gym to the lounges to the closed in / safe feeling surrounding the buildings all the way to the area [5 minute walk from Union Market and Metro], there's so much to love. The leasing staff, front-desk and maintenance staff make all problems disappear in record time. I've only been here a month and I'd be shocked if anything changed my opinion of living here.

So far, the Gantry has met my expectations. I love my unit!! The building and amenities are well maintained. The location is central enough, but also manages to maintain some level of privacy. Management and staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The Gantry building and its staff are lovely! The location is fantastic and the amenities are great. The staff were so accommodating and helpful during my leasing experience and move-in. My only suggestion is that there be a "move-in checklist and procedures" document or something similar where they share information on loading dock location, freight elevator usage and reservation, etc. As I mentioned, the staff has always been helpful and accommodating, and the building is great, so I am very happy with my decision to move in to the Gantry.

This is probably the best neighborhood to live in in all of D.C. It has everything you would need to live, hair salons, an upcoming nail salon, coffee shops, book shops, bars, restaurants, a metro stop etc. It's also in a nice centralized location so you could walk or bike to most other nice neighborhoods in D.C. The units in the Gantry are beautiful with large windows, nice bathrooms, and high-end appliances. The biggest downside is the sometimes overwhelming construction noise but hopefully that's a temporary issue.

Wow ! The gantry building is in the prime location in dc Union Market ….. My leasing agent Kadija is the best so helpful with my leasing process

Amazing location, stellar attention to detail in all units and common areas and an incomparable customer service team make this a great place to live. The package delivery system is also incredibly organized and flawless in execution (this is in stark contrast to other buildings I've seen where packages often get lost or go missing)

Overall, I like living here. I just do not want to have anymore maintenance requests, but I understand maintenance needs to be kept.

The Gantry has been incredibly good to us. Maintenance requests are filled day-of, our appliances work well, and the staff is wonderful!

The Gantry property itself is nicely designed with desirable amenities and an awesome location in the City. Only having been a tenant almost a month now, my positive disposition may change over time. Graystar is the management company, and they have had a few misses so far that are frustrating (e.g., miscommunication, delayed responses, unavailable resources for Tenants, etc.) for them to be a reputable property management company. Hopefully things improve sooner rather than later. Nonetheless looking forward to enjoying renting at the Gantry.

The Gantry is a beautiful, elegant and stylish apartment building with amazing amenities. My apartment is comfortable, nicely designed and appointed. The leasing team is incredibly nice, professional and responsive. I have no constructive criticism to give since everything is positive.

Just moved in! The Gantry and their team help us a lot for a recent move from NYC! The leasing office and the rest of the team made us feel welcomed.all the time and helped us out with everything we need it! This building is amazing! And thei amenities are beautiful, super useful and SUPER CLEAN!! If you ride your bike daily; bike parking is great and super accessible to the building. Couldn't be happier with my first apartment in DC!!! Highly recommend!!!

I never thought I would find the perfect apartment in DC but this is it. The staff are super kind and helpful, the building has all the amenities I could want (in-unit laundry, granite countertops, beautiful co-working spaces and rooftop lounges, fitness studios, close to the train and bus, near a trader joe's), and it feels like a small little community. I feel lucky to be living here!

I don't want to leave my apartment complex- The apartments and amenities have it all! The staff is extremely kind and helpful as well.

The property, team and amenities are perfect. Communication is a 10. Ive had no issues here. Everyone is kind and always have been available for questions or concerns. Pool is great. Gym is great. If there is any updates or any closings they are sure to let us know prior. Im glad to be apart of the community and have plans on renewing my lease even though I am new. I dont wanna leave its very convenient.
