Property Ratings at The Gardens Apartments
Honestly, if i could give this complex no stars I would. There is 100% mold in almost every apartment. When trying to contact maintenance, they come look around and “maybe” do something - that’s if they decide to come at all. Not to mention, it is like an arm and a leg trying to contact someone in the office in general. Here’s the kicker, if you decide to move out of the complex they will send you a letter and an invoice for mold and hold your deposit as well as a pet deposit if you have any. This complex goes through property managers every other day so it is even harder trying to maintain a main point of contact. BEWARE, if you move here, test for mold first, you may not get your deposit back, and you will barely get any help for situations you are reporting about(maintenance). WORST complex by far. If you have kids, don’t even think about it , it is disgusting.
I cannot wait until the lease is up to move it is the worst apartment not worth the money there are no working washer nor dryer on any floor. The parking is very limited and your vehicle will be towed if u block in even your own parking most importantly disease causing roaches will take over your apartment septic scents come up in your bathroom and kitchen sinks the water the sprinklers give off stinks which then seeps into your apartment. Office staff does not respond its just the worst do not make the mistake I did run .
The professionalism of the old guy in the office is just beyond ignorant. He strikes me as a very lonely and disturbed soul that needs some kind of special attention sooner than later maybe a nursing home alone with some depression meds. He acts so holy and just Gods gift to the angels yet he is the living, breathing, walking examples of how noT to be. In SAMPLE words he is the devil himself and I feel sorry for anyone that has to encounter this demon!! Mercy on your soul sir. Karma Karma Karma, it will come back for you. Good Luck in life Lous! Everyone else is A-Ok!
