The conditions at this complex are deplorable. they will show a model apartment. But the one you’re moved into is subpar. I understand the complex is out dated but their pricing isn’t. You will have unwanted pest such as the roach infestation in the entire complex. You’ll pay amenity fees but the pool is forever closed and the on-site gym can only be accessed during business hours. If it’s even accessible to tenants. When a work repair is submitted it will never be addressed but it will show completed. Rent steadily increases but the conditions on property continues to decline. I implore anyone who reads this DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!!

I have lived here almost a year. It has been nothing but problems. I have mold growing in my windows. And under my sink where the line to my dishwasher broke. They told me I could switch apartments back in September and here we are in January and they just said ohhh one will be ready. My ac went out in the dead of summer. I called and they told me someone would come out and fix it. I had to call the emergency line and the guy made it seem like it was an inconvenience I was bugging him on a Sunday. When I was sitting in 100 weather in the house. They don’t come out to fix anything in a timely manner and I’ve contacted corporate but they never call you back. I would run far far away from this place.

Ac is ALWAYS broken they keep just adding Freon instead of fixing the problem. So every other day I have to submit a new maintenance request. Pool and gym is always closed but you will be charged an amenity fee to use.

We lived here since last last year been having problems after problems since we've been here our car has been broken into our mail has been getting stolen there's foundation problems roaches everywhere even flying roaches no ceiling fans or lights in rooms always hot in rooms tub has paint been cracking peeling every time we bath washer air conditioner has broken a few times takes maintaince forever too come fix some we've reported all our problems all management do is lie say they will write a work order never do or it'll get done nothing never happens me&my family hate this place we came here cuz we needed some quick we regret our decision please don't waste your money here

The community is good so far, relatively quiet, however the apartments just need minor things to upgrade them without changing the 'classic' theme.
I like the price and Apartment. The best leasing professional
Everything is good to me. I just wish that there were ceiling fans in the rooms
I am not very impressed with the office staff. Almost every time I call into the office, I am told the wrong answer, they do not do what they say they will do and do not appear to want to be able to help you in a very friendly manner.
I would recommend this community because it is affordable. You get a decent clean space for a fair price. Maintenance is quick and friendly.
It takes awhile for the maintenance to identify the problem/problems.
I will recommend the appointment because you get things done quick
For the most part the complex has been quiet and the office staff nice. The appliances are a bit dated and leave a bit to be desired. Overall the value for the money is about what I expected or slightly better
